“The Young and The Restless” (Y&R) spoilers for this week’s episodes from Monday, May 16, through Friday, May 20, reveal that Nikki is tempted and Victor makes inroads towards gaining his freedom. We also see Chelsea and Adam get closer, while Nick is floored by a terrible truth.
Y&R spoilers say Phyllis can’t quit Billy and someone has their eye on Jack. Here’s what you’ll see next week on The Young and the Restless.
Nikki Newman (Melody T Scott) just can’t stay away from the bar at the GCAC and that’s where Dr Meredith Gates (Alicia Coppola) finds her to talk about Victor Newman (Eric Braeden). Nikki says the doc is Victor’s new gal.
Meredith makes it clear she’s committed to helping Victor and believes in him but Nikki instilled doubts. At the prison, Meredith asks Victor how she knows she can trust him and he admits she can’t know. Victor kisses her cheek then struts away pleased with his progress.
Back at the bar, Nikki ponders a martini then Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) shows up and takes her home. Later at the park, Nikki looks for help from the great beyond from Kay. Jack wants to know from Phyllis Abbott (Gina Tognoni) if she has feelings for Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson).
Phyllis says they’re kindred spirits and that’s all. Phyllis will tell Billy later that they can never be together again and she won’t blow up her marriage. Billy does not agree and thinks they’re meant to be together. He won’t go quietly.
Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) goes to bed with Travis (Michael Roark) but then things get awkward when Billy calls and she talks to Johnny. Travis mentions her kids and Victoria freaks and heads out. She’ll talk to Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) later about some issues.
After discussing Victor, Chelsea Newman (Melissa C Egan) and Adam Newman (Justin Hartley) Y&R spoilers say the couple have a sweet vow renewal ceremony to celebrate their love. Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) faces tons more marriage drama as Stitch Rayburn (Sean Carrigan) pulls back.
Max Rayburn (Jared Breeze) may yet take down his dad’s new marriage with his antics. Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) gets a box of Sage Newman’s’ (Kelly Sullivan) things and finds her journal. Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) freaks when she sees it and Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) notices.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Nick takes the journal to the park to read and is absolutely shocked by what he finds there. Did Sage write in her journal that Adam was Christian’s biological daddy? Nick freaks out about what he reads and then does something about it.
Chelsea tells Adam she thinks his brother knows the truth.
Hilary Curtis (Mishael Morgan) seems to have her eye on Jack – is this about power – or does she want to steal him from Phyllis now that her marriage to Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) seems to be flagging? Is getting close to Jack part of Hilary’s aggressive ambition for her future?
Victor spends a lot of time thinking about his father, Albert Miller, and his own troubled childhood. Nikki makes a difficult decision about the future. Mariah knows her mother is keeping secrets and confronts Sharon. How much will Sharon tell her or will she deny everything?
Adam’s shady history comes back to haunt him and Luca Santori (Miles G Villanueva) encourages Summer Newman (Hunter King) to get aggressive at Newman Enterprises and wants her to channel grandpa Victor and makes some moves.
Michael tells Kevin Fisher (Greg Rikaart) that he thinks he should get back with Mariah and not pursue things with hacker Natalie Soderberg (Mara McCaffray). Billy pushes Phyllis to be with him because he finds her irresistible.
By week’s end, Victor has Meredith in the palm of his hand. Does that mean that The Moustache will be out of jail and ready to exact revenge on his treacherous family soon?
