Tonight on E! Wags (Wives and Girlfriends of Sports Stars) returns for an all-new Sunday, September 4, 2016 episode and we have your Wags recap below. On tonight’s episode called, “New Blood,” the ladies have lunch with some of the Rams wives and girlfriends and they find out making friends is not so simple off the court.

On tonight’s episode, as per the E! synopsis, “Two WAG worlds collide when Autumn Ajirotutu introduces several Los Angeles Rams wives to the group. Meanwhile, Nicole Williams questions her decision to move out.; and the pressure of a long-distance relationship weighs on Olivia Pierson, who also faces work issues with Natalie Halcro.”

Nicole apparently hadn’t been all that serious about living on her own. It seems that she had only said that she wanted to live on her own as a way to convince her boyfriend Larry that he should fight for her or at least give her some kind of sign that he was willing to commitment. However, Larry didn’t do that and so now Nicole has to find a place to live else she looks like she hadn’t been serious at all. So Nicole has been looking at a few places to move into and unfortunately there didn’t appear to be anything that she truly liked so she agreed to live with her good friend Natalie while she looked.
But Nicole hadn’t really wanted to move in with Natalie. She loves Natalie and two get along just fine yet she hadn’t wanted to intrude on what she believes was Natalie’s personal space. So she continuously promised that she would find somewhere else and that she wouldn’t be staying with Natalie for long. Natalie though didn’t mind having Nicole stay with her. Natalie was pretty relaxed about it and, what with everything that she’s been doing with her cousin Olivia, she had sort of been too busy to get hung up on details. And so she was mostly focused on doing things like interviews with Olivia where they both try to drum up support for their brand.
So it was odd that Olivia completely cut out her partner and friend Natalie out of what supposed to be a business venture. Olivia had signed on to do a photo-shoot for their brand and she hadn’t told Natalie anything about it until after the fact. Olivia said that the photographer had only wanted to photograph her and that she didn’t want to hurt Natalie’s feelings by telling her that. Yet, again it was odd to hide that even as she told Nicole about the photo-shoot and had actually invited Nicole to the set to get her opinion. And so Nicole warned Olivia about that. She said that she should tell Natalie right away.
Across town, however, there was a new set of WAGs moving in. Michelle Quick and her friends were moving to LA after their husbands’ team had gotten bought out and they were all forced to relocate. So Michelle’s friend in the area who just so happens to be Autumn of all people had decided to introduce the New Bloods to some of her friends in the city. Though these women like Autumn had a problem with single women and didn’t much care to be their friends. The ladies believed that single women were often catty and were always on the lookout so they didn’t befriend single women because they didn’t want those same women trying to make a play for their husbands.
So the inevitable meeting between Michelle and her set and Autumn and her set did not go off well. Michelle and newcomer Sophia hadn’t liked each other. Sophia had said that she wasn’t in a relationship because she wanted to focus on her career yet, when Michelle tried to point out that things change after having a child, Sophia was a little bit childish when she came right out and asked Michelle what her career. It turns out homemakers hate nothing more than when someone tries to say taking care of their families isn’t a career. And so Sophia proved to Michelle that she shouldn’t try to befriend a single girl.
Though surprisingly Michelle and her friends hit it off with Tia. Tia had told them that she’s been celibate for the last eight to nine months. Tia explained that she has been seeing someone and that they go off to the movies as well as kiss each other on the cheek. So Tia had explained to them that while they might have viewed her as “whorish” if they had met her somewhere, that wouldn’t even come close to the truth about who she really was. And not that surprising the other ladies ended up liking her for saying that.
Olivia though had to do some groveling when Natalie found out about the photo-shoot. Natalie said that she’s been offered to do things on her own and that she had always turned them down because she believed she was part of a package deal with Olivia. So Olivia had to apologize for taking that photo-shoot without Natalie. But they were Natalie and Olivia so they were back on good terms in no time flat. And eventually Natalie being a good friend and cousin that she is had tried taking Olivia out to have some fun and get her mind off of Marcedes being away.
Marcedes apparently had to go do training. So he and Olivia had agreed to try things out long-distance yet it had been hard on Olivia and she had worried about fidelity issues. However, Barbie was finally back in town and their friends thought it was the perfect time to hangout so they all went to this glamourous event. And everything had been fine, possibly even great, right up until someone spotted Marcedes at the same event.
So Olivia had been confused about that one. Her boyfriend hadn’t called her to say that he was flying back into town and she thought it was shady that she had to find out about it by seeing him at the same event. Yet, when Marcedes tried to give her some lame excuse like he wasn’t going to be town that long and he didn’t think it would matter, Olivia had enough. She told him that she had stood by him during that thing with Tia and her own sister, but him failing to tell her that he was coming back into town and choosing to go to a party rather than be with her was the final straw.
Olivia called quits and ended her relationship with Marcedes when she realized she couldn’t trust him.
