The show opens with the announcement that three all-star teams will be competing in a skills based obstacle course. On Team Kristine are players Jessie Graff, Flip Rodriguez and Nicholas Coolridge. On Team Matt are Chris Wilczewshi, Najee Richardson and Jesse Labreck. Team Akbar is made up of Neil Craver, Grant McCartney and Meagan Martin. Each team will run stage one as a relay race with the fastest team moving directly to stage three. The other two teams will be forced to battle it out in stage two to decide who moves forward to stage three for the final competition.

Grant is up first on the snake run, the propeller bar and giant log grip, next Neil will tackle the jumping spider, the sonic curve and the warped wall. Meagan will bring it home thru the broken bridge, the flying squirrel and climb to the final buzzer. Team Matt will run next with Team Kristine ending stage one.

Grant easily completes the snake run and propeller bar but struggles on the log grip costing his team precious time. Neil easily makes up time and Meagan finishes strong for a time of 1:25.42 for Team Akbar.

Chris takes on the first leg of stage one with no problems. Jesse is up next and struggles with the jumping spider but finds her rhythm. Unfortunately, her foot hits the water during the sonic curve causing Team Matt to be disqualified.

Flip starts the course for Team Kristine and finishes the first three obstacles six seconds faster than team Akbar. Nick is up next and easily finishes his tasks. Jessie has no problems and the team finishes with a time of 1:18.78 taking Team Kristine directly to stage three.

Najee starts stage two for Team Matt hitting the salmon ladder and the giant ring swing. While he made no mistakes he did take a lot of time to complete his tasks. Jessie will be the first woman to take on the wave runner then the butterfly wall. She completes the wall easily making Ninja history. She tags off to Chris who falls into the water at the double wedge which is the same obstacle that took him out during the regular season.

Team Akbar starts off with Neil who completes the giant swing faster than Team Matt but he struggles on the salmon ladder. Jesse tags in but falls into the water and ends her team’s chances of moving forward before Grant even gets a chance to compete.

Stage three will be a competition between Team Kristine and Team Matt. Team Akbar is eliminated but did have fun.

Team Matt is up first with Chris who charges the key lock hang in an upper body challenge. Coach Matt is worried because Matt used a lot time on this challenge. Chris next hits the floating boards and tags out to Najee. The ultimate cliffhanger is Najee’s first challenge which he completes easily. The curved body prop uses every muscle in your body and Najee makes it look easy. Just as he is about to tag Jesse Najee slips into the water ending his team’s run of the course.

Jessie takes the first phase for Team Kristine. She easily finishes the key lock hang and the floating boards and tags out to Nick. Nick completes the hang climb and gets the win for team Kristie. They are the champions!

Flip completes the course to put an exclamation on the win. Team Kristine is the All Star Champions. Next up the skill competitions!

First up is the endless invisible climb which has been increased from 30 feet to 75 feet! Ryan Stratis and James “the Beast” McGrath go head to head on the climb. McGrath takes an early lead and wins the race. Next up is Chris Wilczewshi and Jamie Rahn with Jamie winning.

James and Jamie now face off on the endless invisible ladder. James gets an early start and easily beats Jamie.

A four story Super Salmon Ladder is the setting for the next event. Jon Stewart starts but falls almost immediately into the water. Jesse Labreck is up next and makes it to the 19th rung. 25 rungs is Karsten Williams’ record and he plans to beat it tonight. He easily does all 35 rungs. Mike Barnardo now has to beat Kasten’s time of one minute. Unfortunately, at rung 34 Mike loses his grip and falls to the water below. Karsten is the champion.

The Warper Wall starts at 17 feet but will continued to be raised until the competitor fails. Joe Moravsky starts the challenge on the wall. He and Jon Alexis complete it easily. Jess Labreck, Flip Rodriguez and Najee Richardson also have no trouble.

The wall is raised to 18 feet. Joe Moravsky, Jon Alexis, Najee Richardson and Flip Rodriguez complete it easily but Jess Labreck fails.

When the wall is raised to 18.5 feet all the men again successfully complete the climb. The wall is then raised to 19 feet and Joe is the first to fail. Najee also cannot make the climb. It comes down to Flip and Jon but Flip fails. Can Jon do it or will it be a four-way tie? Jon does it and becomes the champion!

The final All-Star competition is the Supersonic Shelf Grab and pits Britt Sims, Meagan Martin, Najee Richardson and Drew Drechsel against each other. Each of the men easily completes the 9-foot jump but

Meagan falls into the water below. The shelf is moved to 11 feet and Britt fails. Najee and Drew move on to the 14-foot jump and make it! The jump is now 15 feet and Najee goes first. The jump is almost three times his height and unfortunately, he fails. Drew will now attempt to become the Supersonic Shelf Grab champ for the second year in a row. He misses the ledge but it is decided that each athlete will get another try. Najee again cannot complete the grab. This time Drew is successful to become the winner yet again!
