Jimmy and Kim interview a receptionist candidate and Jimmy wants to hire her immediately but Kim is hesitant. Jimmy convinces Kim to give her a shot. Mike calls and asks Jimmy to breakfast.

Several people see Jimmy’s commercial and call to set up appointments to make a will. Mike doesn’t actually meet Jimmy for breakfast. Instead, he wants Jimmy to go into Los Pollos Hermanos and watch a guy with a backpack. Mike needs to know every move the man makes. It seems that man simply comes into the restaurant, eats and leaves. Jimmy didn’t see anything out of the ordinary. He reports it all to Mike.

Gus is outside cleaning as Jimmy drives away and seems to recognize the sound of his car as he leaves. Mike continues to sit outside of the restaurant and documents everything he sees. Nacho returns and goes around to the back door. He is there less than a minute and then leaves. Jimmy’s schedule is full of people who saw his commercial. Ernie comes to Kim’s office but refuses to come inside. She meets him in his car because he didn’t want Jimmy to see him. Kim makes Jimmy give her a dollar so they have confidentiality as lawyer and client. She asks what he told Chuck. Kim tells him Chuck taped their last conversation and has Jimmy’s confession to switching the numbers. They aren’t sure what Chuck plans to do with the tape.

Kim finds out that Chuck had the right the make the tape as it is legal in their state to tape someone without their consent. Jimmy and Kim decide they will just have to wait to see what Chuck’s next move will be. Mike uses the tracker to follow Nacho into the desert and finds it on the side of the road with a cell phone that is ringing. He answers it.

Howard sneaks into Chuck’s backyard and Chuck lets him in the back door. Howard tries to convince Chuck that his plan isn’t working. Chuck is sure that Jimmy is going to come for the tape. As they talk Jimmy breaks in the door, finds the tape and destroys it. Jimmy didn’t realize that Howard was there and saw the whole thing. Chuck asks Howard if he will be a witness to what just happened and he says yes.THE END
