Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Wednesday, January 4, tease that Brady (Eric Martsolf) and Deimos (Vincent Irizarry) will try to prove Nicole (Arianne Zucker) is Holly’s mother. Deimos has been anxious to tell Nicole about his suspicions, but Brady wants to wait. He knows Nicole will be crushed if they explain everything only to find out they’re wrong.
Deimos and Brady are counting on a DNA test to give them the evidence they need, but they aren’t counting on the results being tampered with. Days of Our Lives spoilers say Nancy (Patrika Darbo) will refuse to let Deimos be in this child’s life. Since Nicole is tied so closely to him, Nancy feels she has no choice but to manipulate the test.
DOOL spoilers state that Nancy will swap out the sample so Deimos and Brady can’t make a match. They’re sure to be perplexed when the DNA test doesn’t put Nicole any closer to motherhood. Still, Brady and Deimos might be able to explore other options.
With all the test tampering that goes on in Salem, they’d be wise to dig deeper. Regardless, Days spoilers indicate that Nicole will learn the truth at some point. Once Chloe (Nadia Bjorlin) comes out of her coma next week, the pressure will be on. Nancy may keep Chloe quiet for a while, but this juicy secret has to come out sooner or later.
For now, Nicole will be devastated when Nancy keeps her away from Holly. She feels like she has an inexplicable bond with this child. Of course, we know that’s because Holly is her daughter. Their connection is already quite strong.
Deimos will do his best to comfort Nicole as she deals with Nancy’s cruelty. She’ll respond by professing her love in Wednesday’s episode. Days of Our Lives spoilers hint that Nicole and Deimos will grow closer, but trouble is brewing down the road. There may be an expiration date on this relationship.
Elsewhere, Rafe (Galen Gering) will get updates from Shane (Charles Shaughnessy). He’ll hear the news that someone has seen Stefano (Joseph Mascolo) again. Days spoilers say Shane will urge Rafe to come to Europe ASAP. He’ll suggest that Rafe needs to be there when the next Stefano sighting comes along.
