Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Eric (Greg Vaughan) will struggle with more guilt. He was finally starting to move past some of his shame thanks to Jennifer (Melissa Reeves). She’s been a big help as Eric navigates post-prison life. Unfortunately, Victor (John Aniston) caused major issues. His criticism put Eric right back in his usual dark place.
DOOL spoilers state that Jennifer will try to get through to Eric, but he’ll keep her at a distance. He’ll insist that he can’t be the man Jen’s looking for. Eric will believe he needs to suffer alone for killing Daniel (Shawn Christian). He just doesn’t think he deserves to be happy.
Nicole’s (Arianne Zucker) situation is taking a toll on Eric as well. He knows she wouldn’t be in this mess if Daniel were still alive. Dr. Dan’s death left Nicole vulnerable to Deimos (Vincent Irizarry). Once they got together, Chloe (Nadia Bjorlin) was no longer willing to hand over the baby. Now Nicole is being forced to live on the run with Holly.
Eric will even be tormented by regrets in his dreams. Days of Our Lives spoilers say Eric will have a nightmare about the drama Nicole is facing. He’ll wake up in a panic over the danger Nicole could be in.
Meanwhile, Marlena (Deidre Hall) will worry about her son. She just wants Eric to move on and find a little joy. When Marlena sees Victor, she’ll decide to chew him out for vilifying Eric. Days spoilers say Marlena will blast Victor for acting like Eric is a stone-cold murderer.
Eric made a mistake that cost Daniel his life. He never set out to kill his best friend. Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Marlena will scold Victor for trying to suggest otherwise. Perhaps Marlena will even call Victor’s attention to his hypocritical behavior.
Victor can’t give Eric a pass for one fateful error, but he can forgive his brother for all his atrociousness. Maggie (Suzanne Rogers) was paralyzed and nearly died thanks to Deimos. We can’t forget about Deimos’ role in Bo’s (Peter Reckell) kidnapping either. His actions contributed to Bo’s death.
Instead of attacking Deimos, Victor has rewarded him! He put Deimos in charge of Titan Industries and constantly turns a blind eye to his wickedness. Marlena would be wise to mention some of this.
