Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers and updates for the week of April 17 to April 21 tease that Chad (Billy Flynn) will beg Abigail (Marci Miller) to stick with him. He’ll contend that they’ve been through so much together. They certainly overcame a lot of obstacles to get to this point. Chad won’t see why they can’t overcome one more.
Abigail will admit that there’s always been love between them, but she won’t think that’s enough. Bottom line, Abby doesn’t believe Chad can ever truly be content in this marriage. She doesn’t want her husband to just go through the motions. Abigail can’t bear the idea of Chad living a life full of regrets.
DOOL’s weekly preview video shows Abigail saying, “If I thought that I could make you happy, I wouldn’t leave you.” Chad and Abby will both have tears in their eyes as they officially break up. Days of Our Lives spoilers state that Abigail will gently put her ring on the desk before she walks away.
Later, Abigail will fall into Dario’s (Jordi Vilasuso) as she cries over the situation. Days spoilers reveal that Dario will try to comfort Abigail, but she’ll pretty much be inconsolable. It’s going to take some time for Abigail to get over this.
Elsewhere, Chad (Billy Flynn) will fill Gabi (Camila Banus) in on the tragic end of his marriage. She’s been longing for a chance to be with Chad, but this isn’t how she imagined it. Days of Our Lives spoilers say Gabi will realize this simply can’t work. Chad’s love for Abigail is just too strong.
Gabi will push Chad to convince Abigail of his feelings for her. Chad will definitely give it his best shot. He’ll come up with a plan to win Abigail back, but Days viewers know that plans usually go awry on the NBC soap.
It looks like Chad and Abigail’s relationship will remain severed for a while. They should figure all of this out eventually, but it’s going to be a long wait for “Chabby” fans. Fortunately, the wait is almost over for the “Jarlena” lovers. Marlena (Deidre Hall) will finally receive a message from John (Drake Hogestyn) this week.
John will meet up with Marlena for a passionate night in a hotel. They’ll soak in their reunion before John heads off to finish the rest of his mission. We’ll give you updates as other news emerges.
