Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for the week of August 28-September 1 tease that some stunning moments are coming up. Thanks to Hattie (Deidre Hall) and Bonnie (Judi Evans), Lucas (Bryan Dattilo) will find himself in a horrifying situation. He’ll awaken with the worst hangover of his life, but that’s the least of his problems.
When Lucas looks at the woman next to him, he’ll realize it’s Anjelica (Morgan Fairchild). Days spoilers say Lucas will struggle to remember the events of the night before. He won’t have a clue how he ended up in bed with the devious Deveraux. Lucas will eventually determine that he must have confused her for Adrienne (Judi Evans) in his drunken stupor.
As if that shocker wasn’t bad enough, Lucas will discover that Anjelica is dead. He’ll think his sexual power must’ve been too much for the old broad to handle. Lucas will panic as he tries to figure out his next move. His mind still won’t be clear after all that booze.
Days of Our Lives spoilers state that Lucas will decide to seek help from Chloe (Nadia Bjorlin). He just won’t feel like he has anyone else he can turn to right now. Chloe tried to assist Lucas after she found him drinking at the club. He’ll hope that she’ll be willing to get him out of this jam as well.
After Lucas tracks her down, DOOL spoilers say Chloe will rip into him for spiraling out of control. She’ll insist that this is what happens when you use alcohol as a temporary fix. Lucas will likely point out that he’s not in the mood for a lecture. Chloe can blast him all she wants later, but he needs real advice first.
While Lucas and Chloe are off arguing, it seems Anjelica’s corpse will be found. Afterward, the Salem PD will identify the body. Rafe (Galen Gering) will get a call and pass along some startling news to Hope (Kristian Alfonso). He’ll reveal that Anjelica Deveraux is the one who met a grim fate. Her sudden death will throw everyone for a loop.
Will Chloe convince Lucas to come clean? He can’t remember much, but he at least needs to spill the bits and pieces. Since we’ve already had so many arrests on Days lately, perhaps Lucas won’t be suspected of foul play. An autopsy should prove Anjelica died of a heart attack anyway.
