Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Sonny’s (Freddie Smith) arrest will create some serious stress for his parents. Justin (Wally Kurth) will hate that Sonny is confessing to a crime he’s not even sure he committed. Nevertheless, Sonny will be adamant that he has to get JJ (Casey Moss) off the hook. His vague memories will be enough to convince him of his own guilt.
Adrienne (Judi Evans) will collapse as she fears for her son. She’ll worry about the consequences Sonny could face. Days of Our Lives spoilers say Justin will comfort his ex through all of this. Naturally, Lucas (Bryan Dattilo) won’t approve. He knows Justin could still be some competition.
Meanwhile, JJ will investigate with Lani (Sal Stowers), Hope (Kristian Alfonso) and Rafe (Galen Gering). He’ll think they can clear Sonny’s name if they learn more about the night of the party. Days of Our Lives spoilers state that Lani will stumble across a room key. They’ll trace it to a nearby hotel and take a look around.
A maid will turn out to be a big help in this phase of the plot. Days spoilers say she’ll recall seeing a risqué magazine in the room that’s connected to this key. Unfortunately, the magazine will already be in the trash. JJ and the others will have to do some dumpster diving to retrieve this important clue.
After a messy endeavor, the Scooby Doo crew will finally locate the mag. When Lani and JJ see the cover, they’ll realize it looks awfully familiar. DOOL spoilers hint that something will eventually click. They’ll recall that Xander (Paul Telfer) had the same magazine when they caught up with him in Greece.
The wheels will start turning and they’ll all wonder if Xander could’ve killed Deimos (Vincent Irizarry). He was apprehended in Greece, but we all know how slippery he can be. Of course, Xander voluntarily took the fall for Deimos’ actions at the cottage. If he’d wanted revenge, he had his shot then and there. Xander could’ve let Deimos go down with him.
There’s a good chance this is another red herring. Days wants to lead us down a few wrong paths before they reveal the truth. Still, this is an interesting development. It’ll definitely spark more drama in Salem. We’ll give you updates as other news comes in.
