Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that a big return is on the way. According to Jason47’s Days Website, Xander (Paul Telfer) will be shaking things up during an exciting May sweeps plot. It sounds like DOOL has something huge in store for us. If Xander’s involved, we know it’ll be dangerous!
Days fans will remember that Deimos (Vincent Irizarry) helped Xander (Paul Telfer) flee after the “trio of terror” went on a crime spree in Salem. Deimos insisted that Xander could be a valuable asset and he liked the idea of watching out for a family member. The rest of Salem believes Xander is dead.
There’s no word on what’s ahead in this Days of Our Lives storyline, but let’s speculate on the reason for this epic comeback. Xander wanted to settle the score with Theresa (Jen Lilley) and Nicole (Arianne Zucker) the last time he was in town. Theresa is long gone, so she won’t be on Xander’s mind. Getting revenge on Nicole might be his main objective.
However, we can’t forget that Xander also has a grudge against Eric (Greg Vaughan). Eric was in prison during the fugitives’ mayhem, which meant Xander couldn’t come after him. Now that Eric is a free man, will Xander target him? Could we see a repeat of Xander’s attempt to take out Eric and Nicole?
Xander once trapped Nicole and Eric near the furnace at the news station. They nearly died, but Daniel (Shawn Christian) came to their rescue. Perhaps Xander will try to finish the job this May. This could be the show’s plan to revive “Ericole.” Plenty of fans would love to see this couple back together.
If Eric and Nicole get trapped again, they might be forced to work out their issues. Nicole hates Eric for accidentally killing Daniel, but she may find a way to forgive him. If they’re close to death, they could realize that they still have feelings for each other after all. Love can overcome a lot of obstacles.
Of course, Nicole and Eric would undoubtedly get out of this potential jam. Someone like Brady (Eric Martsolf) could save the day. Speaking of Brady, Xander might come after him as well. He doesn’t particularly care for anyone connected to the Kirakis clan. Sonny (Freddie Smith) and Victor (John Aniston) could be at risk, too.
