General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal Carly (Laura Wright) and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) were visiting their beloved son, Morgan’s (Bryan Craig) grave when Ava Jerome (Maura West) arrived, interrupting their private moment. Sonny sarcastically welcomes her to Morgan’s grave while Carly is furious saying they are without Morgan because of Ava.
Carly, who has always been a spitfire, says she would drag Ava out of there but wouldn’t want to be arrested for assault; of course Ava uses her and Sonny’s daughter, Avery (Ava and Grace Scarola) as a shield, pretty much pleading with them to consider Avery. GH fans know this is something the Jeromes are famous for, as Julian (William deVry) has no qualms about using his grandson, Danny to protect him from the wrath of Sonny Corinthos too.
General Hospital’s Sonny and Carly are determined to tell Avery all about Ava and her misdeeds when she is old enough and have no problem pointing this out to Ava, also making it clear that Avery doesn’t have to be like Ava since her traits are not genetic. Do you think they went too far with Ava, were their words too harsh?
General Hospital spoilers remind you, Ava Jerome has been the cause of many horrible things in Port Charles. She murdered Connie Falconeri (Kelly Sullivan) to keep her brother’s secret that he wasn’t really Derek Wells and framed AJ Quartermaine (Sean Kanan) for the crime, causing Sonny to kill AJ. Ava had a hit-and-run accident when Jason Morgan (Billy Miller) was escaping Creighton Clinic with Robin.
Those are only a few of the things she has done but the worst of the worst probably has to be when she switched Morgan’s bipolar medication with placebos in an attempt to break up him and her daughter, Kiki Jerome (Hayley Erin). By her tampering with his medication, she caused the chain of events directly leading to his death. Can we really blame Carly and Sonny for everything they said and feel to Ava?
