General Hospital (GH) spoilers are teasing that this week (January 9-13), Nelle (Chloe Lanier) and Bobbie (Jacklyn Zeman) will have a massive showdown and it won’t be pretty. For months now, we have seen the tension between Bobbie and Nelle and this week it gets nasty in every sense of the word.
The Bobbie and Nelle confrontation happens this week and it is said to take Bobbie by surprise since Nelle appears to turn a new leaf where Bobbie is concerned. Nelle has done a good job so far keeping her temper and emotions in check every time she has had a run-in with Bobbie but that is all about to change. Just how bad is it really going to get between these two?
The mounting tension between Nelle Hayes and Bobbie Spencer reaches what Soap In Depth calls “fever pitch” this week. Their confrontation will leave dreadful results for Nelle. Bobbie has been on the attack from day one and that will not change anytime soon.
During their confrontation, General Hospital spoilers say that Bobbie manages to push Nelle’s buttons in a big way and Nelle will completely lose it on Bobbie. Nelle goes as far as to call Bobbie on her ex-hooking days and will call her a “whore” and tells the former prostitute off and warns her to butt out. She will hardly be the sweet, little girl who has befriended Carly (Laura Wright) and will no longer be an angel.
Once Nelle goes on the attack Bobbie is taken aback but we all know Bobbie is a Spencer. She is Carly’s mother and she is no different than Carly in that when someone gets in her face and begins name-calling she fights. Bobbie stands her ground and it isn’t long until Nelle realizes she has made a serious mistake, one that could foil her big, evil plans that she has already put in motion in regards to Carly.
Will Bobbie go to Carly and warn her daughter about their confrontation and about Nelle’s dark side? At this point, GH viewers know that Nelle has been formulating a dangerous and potentially lethal vendetta and it seems aimed towards Carly – but why?
Even though her reasons have not been divulged we know it won’t be long until Nelle’s lies and secrets are all exposed. Nelle will advise Bobbie to mind her own business but we all know that will likely not happen. Bobbie will continue to be on guard against Nelle, especially after their massive showdown. Will Bobbie dig into Nelle’s past? What will she discover? Whatever it is, she better proceed with caution. There is no telling, when push comes to shove, how Nelle will react when being cornered again.
GH spoilers also tease that Sonny (Maurice Benard) will confront Nelle, but why, could it be over concern that the woman who got him into bed is heading there with Michael?
