Steve Burton returned as Patient 6. He first appeared on September 19 after a five-year hiatus. More information about his return will be available soon. Prepare for him to stick around for at least a year.
Deborah Strang steps into the role of Betsy Frank. She will help Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) piece together the details of the mystery picture.
Tamara Braun has signed a deal with ABC to return to General Hospital. Braun formerly played the role of Carly Corthinos (Laura Wright). Rest assured fans; she won’t be bumping Laura Wright off the show. GH would be creating a new role for her.
One Life To Live alum, Jessica Tuck has joined the soap opera for the role of Cassandra Pierce. Her role is a recurring role, but GH could offer her a contract at any point.
Barbara Bloom joins GH writing staff. She will be writing the outlines for the ABC soap opera. The fans are divided on how they feel about her joining the team.
John Nania will play a transporter on September 28.
Charlene Amoia will play Rose Caldwell on September 20 and 21. Her role was booked on recurring status but could turn into a contract position.
Rob Locke will play Father Stanislov beginning October 2.
Pat Frey will play a Russian orderly at the clinic on a new GH episode airing October 3.
Tommie Earl Jenkins will play Dean Paulson on October 4.
Londyn Silzer, sister of Brooklyn Silzer (Emma Scorpio-Drake), returned this week and will appear in a handful of episodes. She will be a friend of Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez), a patient at Shriners Hospital. Charlotte and Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) visit her and grant her one wish.
