General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the next two weeks tease that Port Charles will be hit with more chaos. First of all a replacement for Co-Head Writer Jean Passanante was recently announced and Chris Van Etten will be working with Shelly Altman to guide the GH writing team. Jean was gracious and described her replacement as a brilliant writer and life-long GH fan.
Now back to General Hospital spoilers – the week of July 31-August 4 will bring some tough moments for Hayden (Rebecca Budig). A secret from her past will resurface and it won’t be good news for her relationship. Hayden will do whatever she can to hide her shady history, but it’s clear that this is the beginning of the end for her in Port Charles.
Tragically, Finn (Michael Easton) will remain overjoyed to have Hayden in his life right until the bitter end. Everything that Sam’s (Kelly Monaco) going through is making Finn truly appreciate what he’s got. He’ll have a big surprise for Hayden this week, but she probably won’t be able to enjoy it. Hayden’s guilt will get the best of her as she fights to keep her future on track.
Elsewhere, Carly (Laura Wright) will face a difficult waiting game. The Sonny (Maurice Benard) situation will remain critical and that’s going to affect the whole family. Across town, Ava (Maura West) will try to cover her scars. Julian (William deVry) will struggle to lift Ava’s spirits, but Valentin’s (James Patrick Stuart) offer could put Ava on a different path pretty soon.
The week of August 7-11 will lead to some huge decisions. As Julian’s trial approaches, Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) will have to determine how much support she’s willing to give. She’ll get some guidance from her daughters as she prepares to take the stand. It looks like Alexis will go back and forth on where her loyalty lies.
Meanwhile, Nathan (Ryan Paevey) will get a shock. He was delighted by Maxie’s (Kirsten Storms) latest visit, but it was far too brief. Will Maxie announce that she’s returning to Port Charles for good? Having Maxie back in town could present some problems for Nathan’s Ask Man Landers ruse.
Speaking of Ask Man Landers, General Hospital spoilers say Nathan’s column could cause more issues. Mac (John J. York) recently revealed he was taking advice from the Man himself. Felicia (Kristina Wagner) is loving all the extra attention. In fact, she’ll soon feel like a smitten teen again.
Unfortunately, Mac and Felicia could go overboard as they work to recapture their youth. Will they land in trouble with the law? At GH, James DePaiva will reprise his role as Sam’s doctor. He’ll assist Jordan (Vinessa Antoine) as they investigate Sam’s behavior. With help from Jason (Billy Miller), Sam will try to recall the events that led to Sonny’s shooting.
Kristina (Lexi Ainsworth) will also get some stunning updates from Molly (Haley Pullos). The next two weeks are obviously going to be action-packed!
