General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Friday, August 18, tease that Anna (Finola Hughes) will have something intriguing on her mind. It appears she won’t be able to stop thinking about Emma’s (Brooklyn Silzer) diamond. Anna spotted it in the jewelry Spencer (Nicholas Bechtel) gave Emma and now she’s a bit perplexed.
Emma will pick up on Anna’s issues in Friday’s GH episode. She’ll excitedly point out that Anna seems suspicious. It looks like Emma is hoping she can join in some spy games. She’ll at least want to see how all of this turns out.
For Anna, all roads typically lead to Valentin (James Patrick Stuart). She can never stay away from him for very long. Whatever Anna learns during her investigation could put her back in Valentin’s orbit.
That isn’t good news for Valentin’s relationship with Nina (Michelle Stafford). She’ll soften toward Valentin in the coming weeks, but she’ll have to play hardball first. Nina will present a list of demands and Valentin will have to deliver on his promises.
Other General Hospital spoilers say Franco (Roger Howarth) will open some old boxes of artwork. He won back a great deal of his collection, but he’ll soon realize he doesn’t want some of those paintings around. Franco will wrestle with his past as he gazes at the darker pieces.
GH spoilers reveal that Franco will finally snap. He’ll get ready to tear up the paintings, but someone will call out to him from the doorway. A female’s voice will tell Franco to stop. Liz (Rebecca Herbst) might be the one halting the destruction, but we can’t count out Kiki (Hayley Erin) either. She’ll give somebody some guidance on Friday and it sure sounds like Franco could use some.
Griffin (Matt Cohen) will also seek advice. General Hospital spoilers say he’ll talk to Liz about his efforts to help Ava (Maura West). Griffin will feel like Ava needs him, but he’ll wonder if he’s really breaking down her walls. Liz will tell Griffin to keep at it. She won’t think Ava is a lost cause if Griffin is on the case.
At her penthouse, Ava will have her hottest fantasy yet! She’d love to act on her passionate feelings for Griffin, but she knows there are a lot of barriers. Ava will think her scars are the biggest obstacle of all. She’s truly distraught over the personal prison she’s living in.
Will Ava’s imaginary world push her to make a deal with Valentin? She may not be able to hold out indefinitely. We’ll give you updates as other GH details emerge.
