General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the upcoming Cassadine Island adventure say more info breaks loose soon that gives Jason Morgan (Billy Miller) and Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) some insight into Jake Webber’s (Hudson West) shared past with Jason and Helena Cassadine (Constance Towers).
Next week (May 1 – May 5), General Hospital spoilers reveal Jason begins to put together some puzzle pieces about his missing memories and past on the Greek island as Helena’s minion. After that, Jason sets aside some of his personal doubts about Franco’s involvement with Jake. This frees Franco up to help Jake with his stress.
The following week (May 8 – May 12) on new General Hospital epsiodes, Sam Morgan (Kelly Monaco) is worried about Jason and agrees the best course of action is for him to go to Cassadine Island to sort things out and see if he can trigger the rest of his memories to return. The talk with Sam is followed by another revelation by Jason on May 9.
General Hospital spoilers say it turns out one of the clues Jason comes across leads him back to Jake’s birthdate, but it’s anyone’s guess what that means. Jake was born under dramatic circumstances. Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson) missed the birth but Jason found Liz during a power outage and brought her to GH.
Liz suffered placental abruption and her life and Jake’s were both on the line. They had to do an emergency C-section to save Liz and Jake, but the clue might go deeper. Jason knew Jake was his son from the birth, but did Helena also know? There’s some confusion on that point.
General Hospital buzz hints that Helena stole Jake as part of the ongoing Cassadine vs Spencer war but it could be that Helena knew Jake was Jason’s kid and that’s why she kidnapped him and then later kidnapped Jason. Jason struggles to figure out how the clue of Jake’s birthday plays into Helena’s plan.
But Jason isn’t the only one hard at work on helping Jake. Franco is also trying to sort things out. Franco is stunned next week on General Hospital when he finds Jake has added something else to his timeline that offers a clue about Jason, Jake, Helena and their time on the Greek island.
On the May 1 GH episode, Franco and Liz Webber (Rebecca Herbst) have more reason to be concerned – no doubt about Jake’s new timeline drawing. A week later on May 8, General Hospital spoilers reveal that Franco skips a date with Liz because he’s distracted by something to do with Jake that he can’t let wait leaving his girlfriend surprised.
By May 10, GH spoilers say Franco takes drastic action to help Jake but this will put him into conflict with Jason. In the end, it seems that Franco and Jason will find a path to peace, at least for now, so they can work together to help get the answers they need about Jake.
The big Cassadine Island outing is coming for May sweeps and so far, General Hospital spoilers indicate Jason goes to Greece and Liz and Franco will also be on hand to finally get the truth about why Jake was taken captive and what Helena did to him – and to Jason – during their captivity.
