General Hospital (GH) spoilers for next week reveal Jason Morgan (Billy Miller) has more reason to be concerned about Jake Webber (Hudson West) when new revelations come to light this week, April 17 to April 21. Jason has focused his ire on Franco (Roger Howarth) even going so far as to say that Franco was contriving issues with Jake to try and manipulate Liz Webber (Rebecca Herbst).
Recently, Jason has finally begun to see the light that Jake has legit problems but when other things come to light on this week’s new GH episodes, Jason will finally back off the Franco issue. Why would Jason do that? General Hospital spoilers say it becomes clear that Franco is not the problem in Jake’s life and it might even be Jason himself who has somehow damaged the kid. Remember the last picture Jake added to his timeline?
Jake got up in the middle of the night to draw the scarecrow then, when no one was watching, added a drawing of a tree with a boy peeking out from behind it that’s obviously Jake cowering because he’s frightened of the scarecrow. There have been some long simmering General Hospital spoilers that Jason is the scarecrow, but the timeline for Jason being on Cassadine Island is off.
However, it seems that the General Hospital writers are redoing Jason’s past for the period while he was missing to suit this new plot. The real history is that Jason was shot by Faison who was disguised in a mask then kicked into Port Charles harbor. Helena Cassadine (Constance Towers) got her hands on Jason, froze him, and then Robin Scorpio (Kimberly McCullough) developed a protocol to wake Jason.
Almost immediately, Jason ran off from Helena’s goons and was then run down by Ava Jerome’s (Maura West) car which is what ruined his face resulting in him going from Steve Burton’s face to Billy Miller’s face. But now, it is clear GH writers are going to change General Hospital history and say Jason was on Cassadine Island the same time as Jake. General Hospital spoilers hint that we’ll find out Jason was Helena’s pet accomplice and very dangerous.
GH spoilers reveal Jake shares something shocking about Jason and it could be that Jake reveals his dad was on Cassadine Island. That’s the key to setting this revisionist history in motion. Franco shares the info with Liz and she shares it with Jason. Other General Hospital spoilers say Jason is struggling to recover memories of the period after he was shot and before he returned to Port Charles with Robin.
The following week, April 24 to April 28, Jason is tormented by missing memories and guilt for what he did while Helena held him captive and how it affected Jake. General Hospital spoilers reveal Jason becomes convinced the Stone Cold side of him that Helena was using and controlling is what’s scaring Jake deep down. Jason has been so focused on Franco influencing Jake that he missed out on how he himself influenced Jake.
Once Jason gets those memories back, he’ll be horrified at the things he did and that Jake knew about the things he did while under Helena’s control. This is a big reality check for Jason. Jason thought he left his Stone Cold past behind him but it will be back soon to haunt both him and Jake – and this will change how Jason views everything – including Franco.
