General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that major drama that will turn Port Charles upside down is brewing thanks to Carly (Laura Wright) and Bobbie (Jackyln Zeman). Felicia (Kristina Wagner) warned Bobbie that going after Nelle (Chloe Lanier) probably wasn’t the best idea. Michael (Chad Duell) should be able to control his own love life.
Nevertheless, Bobbie just isn’t willing to let this romance move forward. Since Bobbie intends to move forward with this scheme, Felicia agreed to take the case. General Hospital spoilers hint that Felicia’s investigation could lead to some shockers. We can gather some clues based on the dialogue and backstory.
Bobbie and Carly are convinced that they can take Nelle down without any consequences. They feel certain that Michael will never know they were involved. That’s clue number one. Obviously, this is going to blow up in their faces. Overconfidence is a sure sign of failure when it comes to sneaky plans.
Felicia also mentioned that to get the real dirt on Nelle, she needed to look in Florida. That tells us that whatever Felicia finds won’t be anything recent. It’s deep in Nelle’s past. Many GH fans are wondering what could possibly be worse than what Nelle did in Port Charles. Unless Nelle is a serial killer or something, why would Michael even care? He’s all about the future now.
Maybe that means Felicia’s search will lead to a surprise that’s not so sinister. There are few options here. General Hospital buzz suggests that the show could be gearing up for a long-lost child storyline. If so, Nelle could be revealed as Nina’s (Michelle Stafford) daughter. Nelle’s father, Frank Benson, was clearly a liar. We can’t trust that Nelle’s family history was everything it seemed to be.
GH has been working hard to establish a strong bond between Nina and Nelle. If Bobbie and Carly were to uncover a true connection, they might keep quiet. Perhaps they wouldn’t want anything exposed that could potentially keep Nelle in town.
If Michael found out anyway, he would be furious. Of course, there are other options to consider. If Felicia stirs up trouble and brings someone with a vendetta into the picture, Nelle could end up in danger. GH might even rewrite things a bit and disclose that Frank faked his death. Since Michael is loaded, Frank could kidnap Nelle and demand a ransom.
Carly and Bobbie’s plan could easily set off a chain reaction. Nelle already had a dramatic medical arc, so it might be Michael’s turn. A rescue effort could spark chaos. Bobbie and Carly would feel terrible if their actions put Michael in harm’s way.
Regardless, it sounds like this plot will heat up in the coming weeks. When General Hospital gives fans a mystery, it’s always fun to keep track of the hints and figure out where it’s headed.
