General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the next two weeks tease that some surprises are in store. The week of August 7-11 will bring a major shock for Nathan (Ryan Paevey). Fortunately, this will be a good thing. It sounds like Maxie (Kirsten Storms) will be returning to Port Charles permanently.
Meanwhile, suspicions will emerge for Finn (Michael Easton). Hayden (Rebecca Budig) will spin a web of lies, but she won’t do a great job at covering her tracks. Finn will soon realize something is going on with his fiancée. It appears Curtis (Donnell Turner) will eventually get caught in the chaos.
Other General Hospital spoilers state that Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) will mull over her upcoming testimony. She’ll try to determine what path she should take at Julian’s (William deVry) trial, but she’ll end up changing her mind along the way. GH fans can expect some difficult moments for Alexis throughout all of this.

Elsewhere, Kristina (Lexi Ainsworth) will get some huge news. Molly (Haley Pullos) will provide updates on something that leaves Kristina taken aback. We’ll see some shockers during the week of August 14-18 as well. General Hospital spoilers suggest that Liz’s (Rebecca Herbst) life will suddenly come to a standstill. She may have to take care of a problem right away.
Finn will also have more issues to investigate. He’ll thank Curtis for pitching in with a crisis. This is undoubtedly tied to Hayden’s drama. Things will quickly spiral out of control, but Dr. Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) will be out of the loop. When her curiosity gets the best of her, it’ll spell big trouble.
Dr. Obrecht will attempt to get some answers about Hayden’s predicament. She’ll be pleased when she hears that her scheme is paying off. Of course, Dr. O shouldn’t break out the bubbly just yet. She’ll do a bit of gloating, but it seems it’ll just draw suspicion. Dr. Obrecht may find herself in almost as much hot water as Hayden.
Across town, Ava (Maura West) will have a fantasy of her potential future. She’ll imagine that her scars are gone and she’s happily living her life like she planned. Will this daydream influence the road ahead? Valentin’s (James Patrick Stuart) offer to restore Ava’s appearance will likely remain on the table, so Ava will take that into consideration.
Felicia (Kristina Wagner) will also uncover some intriguing info. Will this relate to Nelle’s (Chloe Lanier) shady past? GH viewers will be anxious to learn the rest of Nelle’s secrets.
