General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Monday, May 1, tease that Tracy (Jane Elliot) and the Quartermaine clan will get some big news. The DNA test results are back and it’s time to find out if Samira (Ivy Natalia) is a blood relative. Ned (Wally Kurth) will note that these results are invaluable to this family. They need to learn the truth about Samira’s connection to the Quartermaines.
Elsewhere, Sam (Kelly Monaco) and Jason (Billy Miller) will continue to fret about Jake (Hudson West). Jason will be determined to get to the bottom of the boy’s trouble. He knows Jake must’ve had it rough on Cassadine Island. Jason fears that he played a crucial role in his son’s suffering.
Talk will turn to the book Helena (Constance Towers) left for Liz (Rebecca Herbst). Sam will insist that Helena wouldn’t have passed it along if it didn’t mean anything. Jason and Sam will examine each page until they come across a clue that rocks them to the core.
Across town, Jake will be anxious when Franco (Roger Howarth) makes a suggestion. Liz and Franco will agree that it’d be nice for Jake to get some fresh air. They’ll bring up the idea of an outing, but Jake will be against it. Franco will point out they can go anywhere he’d like. A nervous Jake will declare, “I said no!”
Liz will scold Jake and urge him to make an attitude adjustment. However, Franco and Liz can’t be too hard on the poor kid. Who knows what’s going on inside Jake’s head? General Hospital viewers realize that he has major problems, but his loved ones will hope to sort everything out soon enough.
Other General Hospital spoilers say Nelle (Chloe Lanier) will try to get out of her new spy gig. Nina (Michelle Stafford) is becoming increasingly paranoid about Valentin’s (James Patrick Stuart) bond with Anna (Finola Hughes). She wants Nelle to keep an eye on Valentin and provide updates on his encounters.
Nelle just doesn’t think that’s the best strategy. She’ll push Nina to call her husband and ask him to be honest. Of course, Nina doesn’t trust Valentin enough to accept his answer. General Hospital spoilers hint that Nina will nearly drive herself crazy over all of this.
Meanwhile, Valentin will find Anna down by the docks. When he spots her on the ground, he’ll ask if she’s all right. It looks like Anna or possibly her twin, Alex (Finola Hughes), is playing a dangerous game. She seems to be staging a scene to elicit sympathy from Valentin.
