General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Monday, May 1 reveal Nelle Hayes (Chloe Lanier) isn’t comfortable playing spy games for Nina Clay Cassadine (Michelle Stafford). Nina is certain something is up between Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) and Anna Devane (Finola Hughes).
Nina is correct that something is up, but she seems to want to find out more without another direct confrontation. Nelle isn’t happy about being pressed into service as a creeper stalking her scary boss and Nelle encourages Nina to just call Valentin and ask him to tell her the truth.
Over at the Quartermaine mansion, a major truth is about to be revealed. Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) comes clean to the Qs that she had Samira Adin (Ivy Natalia) paternity tested to see if she’s the daughter of Edward Quartermaine (John Ingle). This has the family in suspense.
Ned Ashton (Wally Kurth) has the results in his hand and says this is invaluable information to the whole family. It could change the Qs forever. Is the blue eyed Turkish beauty a Q? What does Samira know about her biological father? This is a tense moment as Jane Elliot gears up for her last day on General Hospital May 4.
Over at Jason Morgan’s (Billy Miller) penthouse, he and Sam Morgan (Kelly Monaco) flip through the creepy book Helena Cassadine (Constance Towers) willed to Liz Webber (Rebecca Herbst). General Hospital spoilers say Jason isn’t sure there are any answers in the crayon colored pages but Sam begs to differ.
Sam’s attitude is that Helena wouldn’t have gone to all the trouble to leave the book to Liz if it didn’t have information in it. Sam’s right. General Hospital lore is that Helena was taunting Liz by giving her the book. It was a puzzle Helena wanted to use to torment Liz and Jason both. Will Sam and Jason see something new?
General Hospital spoilers for Monday indicate Jason is closer to figuring out some of his past on Cassadine Island and Jason begins to reconstruct some memories and puts puzzle pieces together. Jason is still tormented about his nightmare choking Jake Webber (Hudson West) – as are many GH fans.
There’s also new General Hospital drama with Jake over at Liz’s house. Franco (Roger Howarth) proposes that the three of them – Liz, Jake and him – get out and do something but Jake snaps at Franco and says “no” emphatically. Liz thinks Jake is being rude and takes him to task about it being short with Franco.
Liz and Franco grow more concerned about Jake as the day goes on and Liz winds up devoting her day to worrying about her son, Jason and their tangled Cassadine Island history. General Hospital spoilers tell us there is also big stuff happening across Port Charles at the docks with Anna and Valentin.
Anna continues to torment Valentin to try and uncover his secrets. Her seduction failed, but just barely, since Valentin left Anna’s house shaky and had to get himself under control. Anna tries a new tactic to play on Valentin’s sympathy and stages a scene down by the docks.
This “Anna” seems off and General Hospital buzz says it could be Alex Devane (Finola Hughes) but now that she had a talk with Griffin Munro (Matt Cohen) about her blood cancer, she uses her illness to toy with Valentin. He finds Anna down at the docks and it looks like she collapsed, but it’s all very calculated.
