General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Sonny (Maurice Benard) will be caught off guard by Garvey’s (Rick Ravenello) revenge. After being summoned to a construction site, Sonny will face off with his old foe. He’ll manage to turn the tables on him and fire a shot.
Unfortunately, Garvey will make a break for it. He’ll stagger off, but Sonny will face another round of chaos. Sam (Kelly Monaco) will choose this moment to wreak havoc. She’ll look at Sonny with cold eyes and aim her weapon.
General Hospital spoilers say Sonny will immediately realize that something’s up. He’s already been noticing Sam’s erratic behavior, but this time she’ll really be off her rocker. As Sam rants about karma and Sonny’s grip on Jason (Billy Miller), Sonny will try to talk her down.
Sadly, Sam is too ill to even know what she’s doing. She’ll eventually pump a bullet in Sonny, but the drama is just getting started. Sam will give Sonny a shove and he’ll fall into a nearby pit. General Hospital spoilers say Sam will march off and leave Sonny for dead.
Garvey will somehow make it back to the scene to cover up Sam’s handiwork. He’ll place a tarp over the pit so no one can see dying Sonny. It sounds like Garvey will be pretty pleased with the inadvertent team effort this week.
Speaking of team efforts, Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) will come to Carly’s (Laura Wright) aid during the week of July 31-August 4. It seems he’ll pitch in after she makes a shocking discovery. GH spoilers state that Carly will leap into action when she finds Liz (Rebecca Herbst) being held captive by Garvey. He probably took her to handle his gunshot wound.
Dante will likely arrive as backup soon after. Will they get Garvey to talk? Sam may be too out of it to cough up details at first. Griffin (Matt Cohen) and Finn (Michael Easton) will work hard to save Sam, but she’ll definitely be in a fight for her life. Her doctors will learn toxoplasmosis encephalitis has taken its toll.
Back at the construction site, Sonny will also linger between life and death. He’ll wonder if this is really the end. Will Jason find a way to save the day? Just how bad will things get for Sonny?
