General Hospital (GH) spoilers and updates for the week of Monday, February 20 to Friday, February 24 have Sam Morgan (Kelly Monaco) in over her head with Jason Morgan (Billy Morgan) frantic once he realizes she’s become the target of the new lady mob boss.
With Julian Jerome (William DeVry) ready to confess all to Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn), Olivia “Liv” Jerome (Tonja Walker) will lose some of her leverage over Julian and will be furious that he’s tampering with her revenge plans – she won’t stand for it.
When Alexis’ bad attitude softens towards Julian after his confession – which will be a thrill for Julexis fans – Sam is shaken. She thinks her mother is being way too forgiving. Then again, Sam doesn’t know the whole story yet while Alexis does.
Sam has her own concerns this week aside from her pregnancy and mom issues. Sam becomes convinced that Ava Jerome (Maura West) has been set up for the bombing. Sam tries to figure out who would do this while Ava gets more scared and desperate behind bars.
Julian continues to work on obtaining the hospital for Liv so she’ll back off his family. He meets with shady board member Gray and then comes up with a new plan, but Julian needs a pawn. That pawn is Laura Spencer (Genie Francis). She’s now tied into the Liv plot.
Julian confronts Jason. Julian has tried and failed several times to come clean to Jason about his evil older sister. Will he finally spill his guts this time to get help? General Hospital spoilers reveal Liv finds out Julian is plotting to kill her again and freaks out.
When Liv lets Julian know she found out about his plot to get her out of the way, he’s terrified. This is all backfiring. Liv lures Sam into a trap and takes her. Too late, Sam realizes the friendly AA sponsor is her wicked Aunt Olivia.
Jason and Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) keep digging into the bomb case this week since Jason is also uncertain Ava is the culprit and they make a startling revelation. After Sam is taken, she finds strength to survive to protect her unborn child.
Also, the week of February 20, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) gets a life-changing diagnosis. Her health is failing fast and Robin Scorpio (Kimberly McCullough) rushes into town to see her mother. Robin calls on Jason for strength and he comes by to lend support.
Anna is overwhelmed when she learns Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) saved her life when she collapsed. Valentin can’t stay away from GH – he’s too worried about her and Anna is touched but also concerned.
Nina Cassadine (Michelle Stafford) is furious that Valentin is so obviously dedicated to another woman. Nina decides to take matters into her own hands next week, but will she fracture her marriage by taking impulsive action?
By the end of the week of February 20, General Hospital spoilers reveal that both Sam and Anna’s lives are on the line. On Friday, Jason learns that Sam has been taken and panics. Anna’s loved ones, including Griffin Munro (Matt Cohen), search for a medical miracle.
