General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Kristina (Lexi Ainsworth) will enjoy an afternoon with Scout on a new GH episode next week, September 4-8. She’ll take the tot to the park, but there’s a good chance she’ll run into someone while she’s there. Perhaps Parker (Ashley Jones) will appear for a chat.
Parker was obviously jealous when Valerie (Brytni Sarpy) planted a kiss on Kristina. She may be tempted to make a move and snatch Kristina back up before it’s too late. General Hospital spoilers say Valerie will keep the ruse going. She’s proving to be a great wingwoman for Kristina, but things could get complicated.
Kristina was quite taken aback by that steamy smooch at The Floating Rib. Valerie certainly had no problem going in for the lip lock. Some women are fine with a kiss between friends. If it means making an ex jealous, some ladies will do whatever it takes.
Nevertheless, it’s possible that GH wants to give Kristina some options. On social media, many fans have noted that they’d like to see Kristina and Valerie as a couple. They’ve been sharing more scenes lately, so this could be setting up something more significant.
Of course, General Hospital would have to be careful here. If they overdo it on sexual awakenings, it could start to seem like a cheap gimmick. Still, GH might try it out. They could say Valerie has secretly always been open to the idea of being with a woman. They haven’t been using Valerie much anyway, so this would give her a storyline.
However, Kristina definitely needs to figure out where she stands with Parker. There are a few ways this could go. Valerie could serve her purpose and bow out, which would allow Parker and Kristina to get back together. Kristina could also display maturity and turn Parker away. She might determine that loving Parker would only bring more pain. A love triangle might be a third option.
Even if Kristina and Valerie don’t become an item, it could at least put them on new paths. Kristina could realize that there are other fish in the sea, so she might as well catch one. Valerie could learn to start taking risks again. She might take those risks with men, but it’d still be a valid lesson.
