General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Wednesday, July 26, tease that Jason (Billy Miller) will worry about Sam’s (Kelly Monaco) condition. She just collapsed in his arms, but she’ll manage to regain consciousness on the sofa. Sam will smile as she declares that they’re finally safe. She’ll feel like she eliminated a serious threat against their family.
Of course, Sonny (Maurice Benard) will pull through eventually. He’s not an easy guy to kill! Nevertheless, Jason will wonder what Sam is talking about. He’ll try to secure some answers, but she’s too out of it to explain anything right now. Jason will determine that they need to get to GH immediately.
Meanwhile, General Hospital spoilers say Finn (Michael Easton) will have a chat with Griffin (Matt Cohen). He’ll believe he’s been given a second chance at happiness and he intends to take advantage of it. Finn will hope to build a great life with Hayden (Rebecca Budig) and their little one. Later, Griffin and Finn will work together to solve the mystery of Sam’s illness. Toxoplasmosis encephalitis is the culprit!
Elsewhere, Hayden will still have some fears about motherhood. She’ll decide to have another conversation with Liz (Rebecca Herbst) in Wednesday’s episode. Hayden will wonder what Liz did to become such a good mom. She’ll be looking for as many tips as she can get, but she probably won’t need them in the end.
Dr. Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) is plotting something awfully sinister. She’s been digging into Hayden’s past and that will lead to an intriguing meeting. General Hospital spoilers reveal that Dr. O will speak with Hayden’s ex-husband at The Floating Rib. She’ll suspect that he might have some interest in locating his former wife. Hayden has troubling secrets and they’re slowly coming back to haunt her.
Other General Hospital spoilers say Nina (Michelle Stafford) will push Spencer (Nicholas Bechtel) to admit the truth. She’ll urge him to come clean about the fact that Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) didn’t kidnap him. Nina is doing everything in her power to make sure Valentin’s name is cleared, but it’s certainly been a struggle.
Spencer will give Valentin a dirty look as he prepares to give his statement. Part of him wants to take Valentin down for this anyway, but he’ll ultimately decide honesty is the best policy. Spencer will insist that Valentin is innocent of this crime, but that doesn’t excuse his previous ones.
Laura (Genie Francis) is thrilled to have her grandson back, but that doesn’t mean his behavior will be any better. She’ll be forced to have a tense discussion with Spencer pretty soon.
