General Hospital (GH) spoilers for episodes the week of Monday, February 20 thru Friday, February 24 reveal Nelle Hayes’ (Chloe Lanier) scheming kicks into high gear and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will be furious at what she does next.
Nelle is not dissuaded by Sonny’s threats and decides to take the next step in her plan to wreck Carly Corinthos’ (Laura Wright) life. Nelle puts the recording of Sonny’s confession on a flash drive to send anonymously to Carly, but she’s sidetracked.
Michael Quartermaine (Chad Duell) takes Nelle out to the Corinthos cabin to spend some time and they get closer despite Nelle’s best intentions. Something unexpected happens – some GH spoilers hint at an unexpected blizzard that puts the two in peril.
Michael and Nelle weather the storm together and get closer. When Nelle finds her resolve softening, she decides she needs to push Michael away. Nelle puts distance between them but Michael knows she’s fighting the attraction and won’t stop.
Now that Nelle knows Bobbie Spencer (Jacklyn Zeman) and Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) are best friends that are toying with her, she uses this to help play her revenge game against Carly. Nelle dropped some hints to Felicia about her “boyfriend.”
She’s hoping that Felicia will figure out it’s Sonny and expose his cheating. Felicia keeps digging into Nelle’s past and finds out something that Nelle didn’t intend her to discover. When Felicia shares the dirt with Bobbie, the GH nurse is stunned.
Carly, meanwhile, is oblivious to the pain coming her way and is thrilled that Sonny is off house arrest. Carly plans a romantic getaway for the two of them to celebrate the charges being dropped but GH spoilers indicate the two might not make it out of town.
Also on General Hospital the week of February 20, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) is stunned with a seemingly fatal medical diagnosis. Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) insists on being there for Anna but his devotion leaves her confused.
Griffin Munro (Matt Cohen) and Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) search for a solution, but Finn is off his game. Finn’s drug addiction is interfering with his work with patients and people begin to notice. Hayden Barnes (Rebecca Budig) is worried about her man.
Hayden goes to Griffin for some counsel and they discuss how best to help Finn. When Hayden tries to get closer to Finn to help, he lashes out and alienates her. If Finn’s not careful, he could lose his girl and we all know Griffin needs some romance in his life.
On the romance front, there’s a big plan this week. Ned Ashton (Wally Kurth) makes a life-altering decision. He can’t lose Olivia Falconeri (Lisa LoCicero) and is tired of the distance between them. He wants to marry her and play daddy to little Leo.
Ned hits up Olivia’s son Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) for some advice on how to pop the question to Dante’s mom. Since Ned is a Q, we know the diamond will be amazing but Ned wants to make this spectacular. Another GH wedding coming soon!
General Hospital spoilers have teased for a while that Tracy Q’s days are numbered because Jane Elliot will retire when her contract is up. Tracy saving GH and seeing both sons with good women is nice closure – Ned and Olivia’s wedding may be Tracy’s farewell scene.
