General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the week of Monday, January 30 through Friday, February 3 indicate that Sam Morgan (Kelly Monaco) frantically goes looking for Jason Morgan (Billy Miller) at GH. Sam heard he was poisoned and panics.
Jason contacts Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and they plan to trick Julian Jerome (William deVry). Jason won’t back off the mob investigation and will stash Sam at a safe house while he and Sonny engage in shenanigans.
Sonny has a checkup at GH the same day as Julian so him and Jason stage a fake fight where Julian can hear it. Jason tells Sonny he won’t do his dirty work on the bomb case anymore. Julian takes the bait and is confident Jason is off the case.
Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) is back in town after his adventure with Jordan Ashford (Vinessa Antoine). Curtis is back to helping Jason and Jordan can’t stop thinking about their almost-sex at the hotel. Jason asks Curtis to keep watch on Julian.
They hope he’ll lead them to the mobster. Alexis Davis (Nancy Grahn) recovers some of her memories and knows she didn’t kill Tom. Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) and Julian are there for Alexis after the PCPD release her.
That’s a relief for Alexis who has drama coming at an AA meeting. Someone steps up to sponsor Alexis and they are up to something. Olivia Jerome (Tonja Walker) steps up her game and targets Alexis in coming days to punish Julian.
Sonny has face time with Ava Jerome (Maura West) and asks her uncomfortable questions. Sonny grills her on Julian and this new mobster but Ava is in the dark. Julian has been lying to her, too. Ava will be scared Sonny knows about the meds.
Liz Webber (Rebecca Herbst) is missing but Franco (Roger Howarth) is saved from the storage unit by Sam. Separately, Liz and Franco realize Seth Baker (Michael Rodrick) killed Tom Baker (Don Harvey) but Seth snatches Liz when she confronts him.
Franco leaves GH to save Liz. He storms the Baker house and beats Seth into submission. Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) is there to clean up the mess and take the bad guy into custody. Another crime solved by someone that’s not a cop!
Liz opens up to Franco after he saves her and the resolution of this drama sees them finally make love. Bobbie Spencer (Jacklyn Zeman) can’t stand Nelle Hayes (Chloe Lanier) and wants her out of Carly Corinthos’ (Laura Wright) life.
Bobbie asks an old friend to find out what Nelle is up to. Olivia Falconeri (Lisa LoCicero) needs advice from Carly this week. Nina Clay Cassadine (Michelle Stafford) is worried about Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez) after the wedding incident.
Valentin Cassadine (James Stuart) is also upset that Lulu Spencer (Emme Rylan) traumatized Charlotte with the bio-mom truth before she was ready to hear it. Nina wants what’s best for Charlotte and makes that clear.
Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) confronts Valentin and is nasty to him. Anna also talks to Laura Spencer (Genie Francis) who is worried about Lulu and Charlotte. Nina doesn’t like Anna’s obsession with Valentin and questions her motives.
Nina wants Anna far away from her husband but Anna can’t let it go. This is all getting messier! Nelle is on the receiving end of a romantic gesture this week. Someone is wooing her – perhaps Michael Quartermaine (Chad Duell).
