Is Julia Roberts being shunned from Hollywood? That’s what her fans are asking, as many have noticed that Julia’s movie offers have dried up in recent months. Some can’t help but wonder if Julia lost her A-list status in the entertainment world because of her supposed diva behavior.
Julia Roberts used to be known as America’s Sweetheart. Fans loved her during the peak of her career when she starred in ‘Notting Hill’ and ‘Erin Brockovich.’ But that’s not the case anymore. Many insiders have noticed that Julia hasn’t had a hit movie in years. Sure, many publications like Forbes Magazine still consider a Hollywood heavyweight. She was ranked 8th in their ‘World’s Highest-Paid Actresses’ list last year. Yet, no one is knocking on Julia’s door anymore.
To make matters worse, things haven’t been going very well in Julia’s personal life. In fact, Julia’s bizarre behavior has been making headlines for months now. Back in 2012, Meryl Streep allegedly had a hard time working with Julia on the set of their film ‘August: Osage County.’
What’s more, several reports indicate that there might be trouble in her marriage to Danny Moder. The couple has not been seen together in public for months now. If that weren’t enough, previous reports indicate that Julia had a diva meltdown on board a flight from Los Angeles to New York City. Eyewitnesses claim that Julia allegedly flipped out when a flight attendant gave her the wrong pillow. She was also seen kissing mystery man during a romantic date in Malibu.
Julia herself has not made any comments about the date, although fans are worried that she might be going through major transitions in her life. Is she getting divorced? Has Hollywood stopped offering her movie roles? That’s what fans want to know. Julia’s last few box office movies, including ‘Mother’s Day’ and ‘Money Monster,’ bombed in ticket sales. She only has one film, ‘Wonder,’ in the pipeline for this year. She’s also signed on to voice the animated film, ‘Smurfs: The Lost Village.’
