Kate Middleton Topless Photos Trial Delayed Again: Prince William Embarrassed Grotesque Breach Of Privacy Drags On!

Kate Middleton and Prince William are feeling frustrated that their trial over Kate’s topless photos has been delayed once again. A group of photographers and editors are being tried in France for invasion of privacy over the publication of Kate Middleton’s topless photos. The scandalous photos of the Duchess were taken with a long lens back in 2012. The pics showed the Duchess topless on a balcony of a private resident in the south of France.

A lawyer for the photographers say they’ve obtained a four-month delay in order to prepare for their defense. If convicted, the photographers, reporters and editors in the case can face up to one year in jail and fines up to $47,000.

Magazine editor Laurence Pieau defended his publication by saying Kate’s topless photos were not in the ‘least shocking.’ Yet the royal family thinks otherwise. In fact, a lawyer for the Duchess defended her by saying she’s a young woman, and not an object. Lawyer Aurelien Hamelle said both the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge suffered a ‘grotesque breach of privacy’ and that they also felt violated during ‘a highly intimate moment during a scene of their married life.”

Kate Middleton’s topless photos first appeared in the French version of Closer magazine. The scandalous photos were then reproduced by other publications including Chi in Italy, Ireland’s Daily Star, and magazines in Sweden and Denmark.

Royal insiders say Kate wants the case to end already. It’s caused her enough public embarrassment. If that weren’t enough, Queen Elizabeth was absolutely disgusted with the topless photos. This is not something she wants to see from the future Queen of England. Yet, Queen Elizabeth has managed to forgive and forget. That’s why Kate wants this trial to be over with as soon as possible. It’s been well over three years since the photos were first published and she hates the fact that the case is still making headlines to this day. This is one of her biggest public embarrassments that just won’t go away.

So far Buckingham Palace has not made any comments about the case. What do you think? Are Kate Middleton and Prince William frustrated over this case?
