Meek Mill wants to test Drake’s talents… and not his rapping skills. Mill has challenged Drake to a fight, boxing match for $5 million. It’s well known that Mill has it out for Drake and is looking to pummel the Hot Line Bling rapper. Mill looks to have planned the event out and wants his ex-girlfriend Nicki Minaj as the ring girl.
Meek Mill reportedly got the idea from the upcoming boxing match between Souljah Boy and Chris Brown that is slated to take place in Dubai. Mill made the public challenge to Drake in a live stream video on his Instagram feed. Mill is wildly confident that he could beat Drake and that there are plenty of fans out there who would love to see the fight go down.
Mill is still sour after calling out Drizzy for allegedly using ghost writers for their collaboration on the song R.I.C.O. that was featured on Mill’s album Dreams Worth More Than Money back in the summer of 2015. After Mill excused Drake of being less than authentic, Drake answered back with two diss tracks against the 6’2” rapper. Mill also got a few jabs in at the boyfriend of JLo’s in his own tracks. But that doesn’t seem to be enough for Mill, who has it out for Drake.
Meek’s longtime grudge against Drizzy has made him confident that a boxing match between the two would sell out an arena and give him the chance to get revenge on his longtime nemesis who has embarrassed him.
Drake has yet to answer to the challenge, but Nicki Minaj’s ex-boyfriend, rapper Safaree Samuels 9, has. He wants in the ring with Meek if Drake isn’t up for the fight. Safaree Samuels shared that Drake doesn’t have time for a boxing match, but he does and he’s ready to step up as a replacement.
Meanwhile, JLo has addressed the possible boxing match between Meek Mill and Drake. JLo is scared that her new love will get hurt if he steps into the ring. She doesn’t want to see damage done to Drake’s sexy face or his body. Will Drake take the challenge and give Meek Mill the fight he is looking for?
