The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers for Monday, January 2, tease that Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and Liam’s (Scott Clifton) disagreement will turn into a full-blown fight. Liam will try to talk some sense into Steffy. He’ll contend that she can’t let Eric (John McCook) make decisions for her.
Liam understands that Steffy’s grandfather is important to her. He knows she values Eric’s opinion and wants to please him. However, Liam believes Eric is getting out of control. He’ll shout that Eric has no right to keep making demands like this.
Steffy will argue that this is something that’s been on her mind anyway. She isn’t divorced yet and that’s making her feel uncomfortable at Liam’s place. Monday’s preview video shows Steffy saying, “I’m a married woman and I’m living with a man who’s not my husband…and that is something that I’ve had mixed feelings about from the very beginning.”
Steffy didn’t seem that torn back then, but we’ll just have to take her word for it. Liam will continue his efforts to change Steffy’s mind, but she won’t budge. When Liam realizes he’s going to lose this battle, he’ll switch gears. His next goal will be keeping Steffy out of the mansion.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers hint that Steffy will eventually meet Liam halfway. She’ll agree to stay with Thomas (Pierson Fode) while her divorce is being finalized. Steffy will also promise that she’ll be back soon. Once everything is official, Steffy never intends to leave Liam again.
Liam will fear that Quinn (Rena Sofer), Wyatt (Darin Brooks) and Eric will somehow destroy that plan. He’s worried that schemes could get in the way of their love. Speaking of schemes, it looks like Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) will try to figure out what Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) is up to.
B&B spoilers say Brooke will ask Ridge where he was and he’ll admit he spent some time in the steam room. She’ll wonder if Ridge was in there alone or with somebody she knew. Ridge might confess that he joined Quinn, but he certainly won’t tell Brooke what was going on.
Later, Ridge will make a phone call and Liam will likely be on the other end. Ridge will suggest that when he’s through with Quinn, Eric will want nothing to do with her. Will Ridge’s plot pan out?
