The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers reveal that Quinn and Ridges secret affair will be exposed to all in upcoming new B&B episodes and the cost will be high. Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) and Quinn Fuller Forrester (Rena Sofer) relationship was founded in hate and deception, where Ridge plotted to seduce Quinn in an effort to prove Quinn was not worthy of her husband and Ridge’s father, Eric Forrester (John McCook).
Slowly, Ridge and Quinn grew closer, and soon, the friendship turned from flirtation to the beginning of an affair. The attraction is undeniable, and it is noticeable to Brooke’s sister, Katie Logan (Heather Tom), and later to Bill Spencer (Don Diamont), as he observes Katie watching Ridge and Quinn on the plane. Ridge has seduced his father’s wives before, and Ridge knows all too well about the lure of the forbidden fruit.
Ridge was about to be married to Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) but that’s off, at least for now. Ridge has cheated on Brooke time and time again, and when they were not together, he has interfered with Brooke’s relationship with other men. Ridge and Quinn’s “secret” relationship is not so secret to Katie, who lurks near open doors and windows, observing the two lovebirds as they can’t stop touching each other and looking at each other.
Quinn seems more vested than Ridge at first, approaching him on while they were on the plane to Australia, and making excuses to bump into him. Katie looked on angrily as they held hands and embraced on the plane. Ridge seemed flattered by the attention, but later, it was Ridge who surprised us (not really though, given his history with cheating on Brooke with other women) by pulling Quinn closer to him for a passionate kiss as Brooke watched from behind a tree, in disbelief.
As soon as Ridge left, Brooke lunged at Quinn, and the confrontation began. Before we dive into what just happened, the Bold and the Beautiful dynamic of Eric and Quinn versus Quinn and Ridge needs to be examined in more detail.
The problem with Eric and Quinn’s relationship is that she is constantly marveling about how wonderful it is to be a Forrester, and how she is so glad to be part of the family. “Another wonderful Forrester wedding!” she exclaims as she looks for her favorite scarf. Quinn declares gratitude for Eric constantly, but The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers claim it really comes out more as a woman being grateful that a man is devoted to her, whether she is attracted to him or not.
With Ridge, on the other hand, Quinn is attracted to him immensely. Both of them can’t keep their eyes or hands off of each other. But is their mutual attraction enough? Quinn recalls that she confided some of her deepest and darkest secrets to Ridge, and that has opened her up to love more than ever. Once their desires are quenched, could Ridge and Quinn survive as a viable couple?
Ridge and Brooke have historically been extremely attracted to each other, yet Ridge has not proven himself to be worthy of Brooke’s trust. More recently, Ridge seems distracted, and also distant from Brooke- almost as if he is going through the motions of their upcoming wedding. He even tells Brooke he was just “flirting” when he kissed Quinn- this is not a good excuse, but at least he is expressing what is really in his heart!
When Ridge sees Quinn, his eyes light up, and he seems mesmerized and intrigued – they both look deeply into each other’s eyes as if they share endless secrets. The physical attraction and compatibility is there, but will the Forrester family ever truly accept them both as a couple? After all, family is important to Ridge, and being part of the Forrester family is what is most important to Quinn. While they are compatible, inevitably, Ridge will undoubtedly stray again – most likely with Brooke!
Recently, Brooke and Eric’s chemistry has been more captivating than Brooke’s chemistry with Ridge; so don’t be surprised if they pull a “wife swap” soon. Now that Ridge and Quinn’s secret has been revealed, Brooke has vowed to divulge Ridge and Quinn’s kiss to Eric, as she rushes into his suite, interrupted just in time by Ridge and Quinn. Brooke has told Ridge that she does not want to marry him, and in a moment of desperation, Ridge pleads to Brooke to help put their family back together.
Will Brooke tell Eric? If so, The Bold and the Beautiful fans ask will Eric forgive Quinn after he recovers from the sting of the betrayal? Will Brooke agree to go through with the wedding?
