The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that secrets could become a real problem for several characters. Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) is currently playing a dangerous game with Quinn (Rena Sofer). He’s working on a seduction plot in hopes of bringing Quinn down.
Ridge has been flirting like crazy, but he’s ready to take the next step. He wants to put Quinn in a compromising situation so Eric (John McCook) will leave her in disgust. Since Quinn is catching on, she may be able to outmaneuver Ridge. Most B&B buzz suggests that Quinn will conquer her enemies in the coming weeks.
There could be serious ramifications for Ridge when the truth comes out. However, he’s not the only one with something to lose. The Bold and the Beautiful fans know that Liam (Scott Clifton) is in the loop on this grand scheme. There has to be a reason the show made Liam part of all this.
If Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) learns Liam has been keeping secrets, she’s not going to be happy. Eric is doing everything he can to plant seeds of doubt about Liam. He wants Steffy to understand that Liam is always going to let her down. Eric would surely use this as an opportunity to show that Liam can’t be trusted.
Wyatt (Darin Brooks) could argue that it was wrong for Liam to keep Steffy in the dark about family matters. He could try to make Steffy see that he’s the one who will cherish and honor her. Wyatt is hoping that Steffy will eventually accept that he’s the better man.
Liam probably isn’t as terrible as they’re making him out to be. He’s just stubborn like Steffy. They’re always going to clash with such similar personalities. Wyatt, on the other hand, is a bit of a pushover. He can be Steffy’s “yes man,” but that may or may not be what she needs.
Regardless, Liam could pay the price for withholding information from Steffy. This isn’t the good news. He’s already outnumbered in the fight for Steffy’s heart. Liam is on his own, but Wyatt has Quinn and Eric backing him up. We all know how powerful they can be.
Perhaps Steffy will indeed turn away from Liam for a while. Since Wyatt and Steffy are arguably a boring pairing, they may not have long-term potential. Still, this could be a major setback for Liam and Steffy. It could definitely delay any plans for a “Steam” wedding.
