The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that more trouble could be brewing for Nicole (Reign Edwards) and Maya (Karla Mosley). They’re already gearing up for a potential custody battle. There was a snag with the adoption documents, which means Nicole is still Lizzie’s legal mother.
Of course, Maya doesn’t want to give up her little girl. Zende (Rome Flynn) tried to convince Nicole that signing the forms would be the best decision. He doesn’t think it’s right to put Rick (Jacob Young) and Maya through this. Nicole gave them a child and she needs to stick to their agreement.
However, Nicole feels like her fertility struggles changed everything. She doesn’t know if she can really sign away her only chance at a child. The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers suggest that this issue could take a toll on Nicole and Zende’s marriage.
These two have never been great at working through their problems. They tend to bail when things get tough. Julius (Obba Babatunde) is making matters worse by pushing Nicole to keep Lizzie. He’ll continue to insert himself in all the action.
B&B fans watched Zende defend Maya and chew Julius out for meddling. Maya was grateful and gave Zende a warm hug. Was this just about thanking him or could this be a hint about what’s to come? The baby drama could easily drive Zende and Nicole apart. It might drive Rick and Maya apart as well.
If that’s the case, Zende and Maya could find themselves growing closer. Let’s say Nicole takes this to court and demands custody of Lizzie. The situation could definitely get ugly. Zende could eventually turn his back on Nicole. Meanwhile, Maya might pull away from Rick out of guilt. She could feel responsible for this mess on some level.
Maya could soon end up in Zende’s arms. They could realize there’s a spark between them. The Bold and the Beautiful viewers can bet that Nicole would be furious. She’d probably argue that Maya couldn’t steal her baby, so she stole her man. Their feud could explode in a big way!
That’s when Nicole could get her miracle. If she suddenly learns she’s pregnant, it could lead to a reunion with Zende and give her the strength to give back Lizzie. Rick and Maya’s relationship could begin to heal, too.
