Tonight on The F Word With Gordon Ramsay the two teams competing are Church Ladies versus The Extinguishers and the dish they will be cooking is a sesame encrusted tuna but they will be putting their own unique twist on the dish. TWO teams but only ONE spot left on the winner’s wall before The F Word’s finale one week from tonight.

Chef Gordon Ramsay arrives with a large tuna on his shoulders and welcomes everyone to The F Word restaurant. Maureen is the Team Captain of the Church Ladies, her team is her sister Kathleen, and her soul sisters Jean and Ann; their sous chef is Whitney Webster. He tells them to be on their best behavior. Garret is the Team Captain of the Extinguishers, his team is Brian, Sean and O.J.; they are all firefighters. Their sous chef is Ben Kronick.

Gordon comes to the Church Ladies kitchen to see what they decided to change up. Maureen tells him they removed the noodles and made pineapple fried rice and are making mango and cilantro dipping sauces. Gordon visits the Extinguishers kitchen to find out what they twisted. They are using rice noodles with citrus ginger glaze and made wontons stuffed with crab, red peppers and ginger.

Chef Gordon Ramsay brings up to his own home kitchen where he makes his own version of the tuna dish.

Kate Beckinsale is in The F Word Restaurant where he congratulates her on her new movie “The Only Living Boy in New York”. He jokes about how she likes to have naughty pictures of food on her Instagram. She also said that anyone good in the kitchen must be dreadful in bed, she says she is good at baking but can’t cook.

Her go-to food is sticky brownies. He asks what she misses about the British heritage, she misses the complaining and the black taxis. She said she was a good at being a waitress and he asks if she is up to the challenge of him showing her how to clear a table in seconds. She agrees to the challenge. He is going to get her to yank off the table cloth on a full table and he will do it right beside her at another table. She knocks all the food on the floor and he does it no problem.

Gordon goes to the kitchens to give them an early feedback. Church Ladies have served 10 diners and all 10 are happy to pay. He tells them to remain consistent and remember to season. The Extinguishers have served 10 diners and 6 are happy to pay, they don’t like the noodles that are under cooked and under seasoned. He tells them to change it and adapt.

Its time for the Guinness World Record over shucking oysters. Patrick McMurray from Toronto, Canada holds the record but admits he has never done this on live TV. He needs to shuck at least 39 and is given 60 seconds to do it.

Did Patrick pull it off? Kelly says the record to beat is 39 and Patrick only shucked 35, but still holds the Guinness World Record.

Chef Ramsay calls the teams together to give them some critical feedback; they are half way and the Church Ladies are given some complaints about under seasoned tuna and mangos are too sweet. They have served 32 dishes and 25 are willing to pay. The Extinguishers have served 32 dishes and 24 are happy to pay, they admit they switched up the noodles Chef Ramsay used. He tells them it is neck and neck and anyone’s game.

Gordon Ramsay meets with Wayne Brady for an extraordinary cooking lesson. Gordon tells him they will be separated by a wall so he needs to listen and focus and try to imitate what he is doing. They are making a dish of pan-seared scallops, with asparagus and a fried quail egg. Wayne says that sounds sexy.

Wayne jokes through the whole thing telling people to admire his chopping skills. Gordon gives him the word “donkey” and tells him to do an improv of it. Wayne raps and Gordon laughs. When Wayne shows him his plate, Gordon asks him what the hell that is and isn’t happy he has to eat Wayne’s dish. He tells Wayne to promise to never give up his day job; he promises to never do this again.

Chef Ramsay tastes both of the dishes. He tells Maureen the presentation is lovely and likes how they adjusted their dish. He tells them to keep it going as the dish is immaculate. He tells Garret the change in the noodle was smart and the plate looks beautiful. The dish is delicious but tells him to cut off the tips of the tuna.

Ice Cube is at The F word restaurant where Gordon congratulates him on the Big 3 which is a 3-on-3 basketball league created by Ice Cube. They share a drink as they talk about the new basketball concept taking the world by storm. After their chat, Gordon joins Kate Visser, wife of Sean from The Extinguishers. His daughters talk about doing Mystery Box challenges at home.

There is a preview of a final food challenge between best friends, David Beckham and Gordon Ramsay. Gordon says he is going to chop him up in tiny little pieces and stick him in his freezer while David says he is married to a Spice Girl and he already knows his spices. Gordon jokes that too many headers has scrambled his brain. David tells him to google him because all he does is win. Gordon says he looks like a Vegan and has no chance and he knows it. David tells him to stick to what he knows best – being a celebrity. The ultimate battle for Queen, Country and Kitchen The Battle of Beckham Vs. Ramsay will be next week, August 16 on FOX
