The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Monday, May 22, tease that Victor (Eric Braeden) will put Scott (Daniel Hall) to work on a special project for Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott). He’ll urge Scott to find a nice concert venue so Nikki can perform. Scott will complain about the lowly task, but Victor will insist that they can use this concert to help others with MS.
Victor will surprise Nikki with the news. She won’t like the fact that he’s trying another tactic to win her over. Nikki will agree to perform since it’s for a good cause, but she’ll insist that this changes nothing. Victor will suggest that Nikki will never find anyone who loves her like he does.
Meanwhile, Jack (Peter Bergman) and Ashley (Eileen Davidson) will struggle with painful memories. Dina (Marla Adams) has caused plenty of heartache, but she’s ready to make amends. When Jack meets with her, he’ll wonder if her motives are pure. Dina will contend that she at least wants to reach a stage of tolerance.
Ashley will face off with Dina a little later. When she senses that Jack is softening, she’ll urge her brother to stay strong. Ashley won’t want to see Jack get played by their conniving mother. Neil (Kristoff St. John) will push Ashley to repair her relationship with Dina, but she just won’t be ready for that yet.
Elsewhere, Nick (Joshua Morrow) and Sharon (Sharon Case) will enjoy some nice moments together. Their friendship is definitely in a good place. When Nick learns that Scott has joined the team at Newman, he’ll offer a warning about dealing with Victor. Nick will add that a bartending job is waiting on Scott if he changes his mind.
Later, Y&R spoilers say Scott will open up to Sharon again. He’ll talk about working on an international arms dealer case before he traveled to the Middle East. Sharon will be thankful that Scott trusts her enough to share his history. They’ll touch each other’s hands and kiss passionately.
In California, Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) will try to pry some information out of a woman at Chloe’s (Elizabeth Hendrickson) old facility. She’ll pretend she’s Chloe’s sister as she handles this mission. The woman will be reluctant to disclose anything, but she’ll come around once Chelsea extends a bribe.
Chelsea will be pointed in the direction of a more secure facility. It seems answers could be waiting for her in Louisiana. Back in Genoa City, Tessa (Cait Fairbanks) will see someone from her past. She’ll recognize Zack (Ryan Ashton) when she sees him meeting with Abby (Melissa Ordway) at Crimson Lights.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Tessa will call someone and express concern over this Zack sighting. She’ll suggest that she dodged a bullet by ducking out. Tessa will hope she can avoid Zack from now on, but we all know they’ll have an encounter eventually.
