The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that the Winters family is in for an epic karma attack in the aftermath of young billionaire Devon’s (Bryton James) horrific car crash. It’s going to be a long, cold, woeful winter for the Winters clan!
What was Devon thinking when he revved up the engine of his shiny new Christmas present and went racing down the icy streets of Genoa City? Probably that his wife Hilary (Mishael Morgan) is more trouble than she’s worth.
Hilary’s emotional lability is legendary and when she felt upstaged by underling Mariah (Camryn Grimes) she pulled the plug on her. Literally! On the set of her gossip show GC Buzz, Hilary yanked a power cord as Mariah walked by, sending the feisty redhead toppling to the floor. Did I mention that Mariah was doing a live segment, and her epic fall went viral?
Mariah got payback by getting Hilary to admit to her shenanigans at a charity event. Poor Devon was so heartbroken that he sped off on a one way trip to the ER.
But if a hot new Young and the Restless spoiler is true, Devon’s heart won’t just break, it’s about to shatter into a million jagged little pieces. Stewing in their mutual misery over Devon’s plight, Hilary and his father Neil (Kristoff St. John) will turn on each other as they vent their anger and frustration.
But where there’s smoke there’s fire, and their vicious anger will soon boil over into heated passion! Again! Hilary has experience ping-ponging between the handsome father and his kindly son, and it looks like history is about to repeat itself as Devon settles into a long convalescence.
Tending to Devon in his hospital bed will cause Hilary and Neil to reminisce about the time he played doctor to an ailing Hilary as she lay hidden away in the boathouse. Their memories will turn to happier times, when she and Neil were about to be married before he was electrocuted in the secret dream house he bought for her.
But that was before Hilary and Devon fell in love as they tended to a subsequently blinded Neil. We all know that karma has a voracious appetite!
