The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Monday, April 3, tease that Cane (Daniel Goddard) will realize he could be in big trouble. Victoria (Amelia Heinle) wasn’t willing to give Juliet (Laur Allen) the job she wanted, but she has another position for her in Genoa City. When Cane can’t come up with an excuse to wiggle out of this, Juliet will get to work.
Cane might try to convince himself that everything will be OK. Juliet said she wouldn’t say anything about their drunken hookup in Tokyo. Cane will hope that Juliet is going to keep that promise. Unfortunately, things could get tricky once Juliet teams up with Lily (Christel Khalil) for an assignment.
The Young and the Restless preview video shows Juliet dropping a hint. She’ll want to clarify that she didn’t force Cane to do anything. Lily will be puzzled by Juliet’s comment. She’ll ask Juliet to explain what she meant by that.
It’s tough to believe Juliet is just going to blurt out the cheating news. Instead, Juliet will probably suggest that she’s talking about the job. She may argue that Cane stepped up for her, but she didn’t make him. Still, this bizarre conversation should raise red flags for Lily. She may wonder if Juliet has a secret.
Meanwhile, Chloe (Elizabeth Hendrickson) will give Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) updates on the change of plans. She’ll announce that Kevin (Greg Rikaart) agreed to move the wedding up. They’re getting married tomorrow. Chelsea will remind Chloe that her dress isn’t finished yet. She’ll ask why Chloe is in a hurry all of a sudden.
It seems Nick’s (Joshua Morrow) digging has Chloe spooked. She wants to tie down Kevin ASAP, but she may not get the chance. Nick is doing everything he can to prove Chloe was behind Adam’s (Justin Hartley) death. However, he needs Paul’s (Doug Davidson) assistance to get the answers he’s looking for.
The Young and the Restless spoilers show us that after Nick make a pitch to reopen the investigation, Paul will need details. Monday’s Y&R sneak peek shows Nick saying, “There’s something you’re not telling me and I think it’s a name. Who do you think did this?” Nick will likely confess that he suspects Chloe is the culprit.
Paul may struggle to believe that Chloe pulled this off, but Nick will keep pushing. He knows Chloe could be unstable enough to pose a threat to others. Will they finally confirm the truth?
