There’s no shortage of heartbreak on the CBS soap, but a real-life blow just hit for one devastated cast member. Tracey E. Bregman (Lauren) shared some difficult news on her Instagram account and many Y&R fans are expressing their condolences.
Bregman’s son had a beloved cat named Seymour and the whole family considered him part of their pack. Pets have a special spot in the lives of many Young and the Restless viewers as well, so we feel Bregman’s pain. It’s always tough to say goodbye! In her post, Bregman talked about how much little Seymour would be missed.
“We are so saddened at the loss of my son, @landonbregman’s beloved kitty Seymour,” Bregman said. “We loved you so and were so glad we were with you right until the end this morning. You were the sweetest, most loving cat ever.”
Bregman closed the post with a broken heart emoji along with #gonetoosoon. She also provided a beautiful picture of Seymour to go along with her farewell message. Bregman’s son posted his own rest-in-peace note to the furry pal. He called Seymour his best friend and son. It’s clear that Seymour was truly an important member of the Bregman clan.
