The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Tuesday, August 1, tease that Billy (Jason Thompson) will have a fierce faceoff with Jesse (Max Adler). Billy has done his research and he’s ready for a fight. He’s getting fed up with all the drama and it’s time for some answers.
Jesse will contend that there’s nothing left to say, but Billy will order him to start talking. He’ll promise to make some phone calls if Jesse doesn’t give him the scoop. Billy will suggest that Jesse won’t like who he gets in touch with.
Jesse will break sooner or later. The Young and the Restless spoilers say he’ll confirm that Cane (Daniel Goddard) ordered the scandalous footage. Jesse will note that he simply did Cane’s dirty work. A livid Billy will immediately head over to see Victoria (Amelia Heinle). He’ll want to give her updates right away so they can form a plan to handle this.
Other Y&R spoilers say Lily (Christel Khalil) will confront Cane about some missing money. She’ll reveal that she checked the balance for Mattie (Lexie Stevenson) and Charlie’s (Noah Alexander Gerry) school account. Since $25,000 has vanished, Lily will wonder what Cane has done.
Cane will try to explain, but Billy and Victoria may burst in before he has a chance. They intend on making sure all of Cane’s lies are exposed. Lily will have a big decision to make once the truth comes out. Elsewhere, a major showdown will be going on at the TV studio. The commercial audition will be a source of contention for Hilary (Mishael Morgan) and Jordan (Darnell Kirkwood).
Jordan will question Hilary’s decision to submit an audition tape. He’ll think it was pretty low to swoop in and take Lily’s (Christel Khalil) shot. Jordan won’t think Hilary should accept the commercial gig, but she’ll believe she has every right to go for it. She’ll feel like she won this opportunity fair and square.
Hilary will insist that maybe Jordan cares about Lily more than he’s saying. Jordan will reply that maybe he does. They’ll get into a heated argument about where Jordan’s loyalty lies, but he’ll still think Hilary is the one at fault. We’ll keep you posted as other Young and the Restless news comes in.
