The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Chloe (Elizabeth Hendrickson) will deal with more backlash, but things may turn out even worse for Victor (Eric Braeden). After all, Chloe has proven she’s not mentally stable. She was carted off to a psychiatric facility for her previous exit. Chloe ran down Adam (Justin Hartley) in the street, so it’s clear that she’s got some serious issues.
In fact, it’s bizarre that Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) refused to believe Chloe could be capable of killing Adam. Instead, Nick (Joshua Morrow) has been the one leading the fight against Chloe. He never cared much about Adam when he was alive, but he seems to be making up for it now. We have to give Nick credit for pursuing justice.
Nick has been convinced of Chloe’s guilt for a while now, but he’s about to face a bombshell he didn’t expect. The Young and the Restless spoilers say Nick will realize Victor worked with Chloe to frame Adam for murder. By bringing an unhinged and vengeful woman back in the picture, Victor ultimately led to the death of his own son.
That’s not going to sit well with Nick or anyone else in the family. Y&R viewers can expect the Newmans to unleash their wrath. Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) will be horrified by her husband’s secrets. She’s aware that he regrets his mistakes, but the lies should really hit her hard.
Nick will try to understand why his father would’ve stooped so low. Victor will undoubtedly contend that he was a different man back then. He simply let his pride get in the way. Victor would do anything to revive Adam. He’d trade places if he could.
The Young and the Restless fans know that no one ever stays mad at Victor for too long. He always gets a pass sooner or later. However, Victor will certainly feel the fury in the coming new Y&R episodes. Let’s hope the Newmans line up to read him the riot act. Regardless of how they felt about Adam, he was a member of their family. Victor deserves to be jailed for his ruthless and reckless actions.
Chelsea will also be furious beyond imagination. This news will make her doubt her decision to hide the truth about Christian’s (Jude and Ozzy McGuigen) paternity. It’s obviously not a good idea to keep secrets with Victor.
Nevertheless, Nick has enough shocks for now so Chelsea might not want to cause any more trouble immediately. However, Chelsea’s current nightmare of learning his best friend and father-in-law are responsible for her husband’s death should teach her that playing Victor’s game is always a mistake.
