The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for the week of August 14-18 tease that we’ll see some heated conflict. First, Nick (Joshua Morrow) and Victor (Eric Braeden) will have another battle. Unfortunately, they won’t get any closer to resolving their issues. This father and son will only manage to make things worse.
Victor will insist that Nick isn’t welcome at the tack house or any part of the Newman ranch. He’ll promise that his door is always open to Noah (Robert Adamson) and Faith (Alyvia Alyn Lind), but he has no use for his former son. Victor is really sticking to his guns when it comes to disowning Nick.
Meanwhile, Billy (Jason Thompson) will try to get through to Victoria (Amelia Heinle). After a chat with slimy Ben Hochman (Ben Hermes), Billy will maintain that something’s up. He’ll urge Victoria to get her act together, but she’ll reiterate that she can do what she wants. Victoria will grow increasingly irritated with Billy’s constant meddling.
Other Young and the Restless spoilers say Cane (Daniel Goddard) and Lily (Christel Khalil) will object to Mattie’s (Lexie Stevenson) choice. They’ll have a big problem with her decision to date Reed (Tristan Lake Leabu). If they push Mattie too hard on this, she could easily show off her rebellious side.
That’s not the only drama Lily will face this week. She’ll be fired due to Brash and Sassy’s financial difficulties. Jordan (Darnell Kirkwood) will also lose his job. As Lily and Jordan mull over this bad news, they’ll share a close moment. Y&R spoilers say they’ll lock lips and try to figure out where they stand.
Elsewhere, Hilary (Mishael Morgan) will deal with a challenge she wasn’t expecting. Will this have something to do with Jordan or perhaps her commercial? Regardless, Hilary will tackle the crisis with her usual moxie. She never lets surprising setbacks get in her way.
Across town, Tessa (Cait Fairbanks) will reveal more about her past. Will she give Noah the scoop or open up to Mariah (Camryn Grimes) instead? Whatever the case, Y&R fans will be anxious to hear the details of Tessa’s history. She’s been a bit of a mystery since she came to Genoa City.
Tessa’s connection to her sister, Crystal (Morgan Obenreder), will certainly affect the prostitution ring storyline. There should be some bombshells as this hot plot moves forward. The Young and the Restless spoilers hint that some serious is action is coming up.
