Gossip Girl Blake Lively ruled the floor last night at The Spike TV 2010 Scream Awards which was held in LA last night. Blake flashed her lges in a barely there beige outfit. The Scream Awards is an award show dedicated to the horror, sci-fi and it is broadcast on Spike TV.
