Larry Birkhead’s lawyer said there will be no negotiating with Howard K. Stern. Debra Opri says the only subject of negotiation is “how fast he [Stern] will produce the child for a DNA test and how quickly he will allow that child to go to California with her real father.”

A photo of the inside of Anna Nicole Smith’s refrigerator taken after she died has surfaced. The refrigerator, which was inside Anna Nicole’s bedroom in the Bahamas, contained Methadone (5 mg per 5 ml). The small refrigerator contained cans of Slimfast– ironic, since Smith was TRIMSPA’s spokesperson. Several bottles of TRIMSPA sat right next to the fridge.
