It also includes interviews with the ‘Thriller’ singer’s personal manager, chef, spiritual adviser, hairstylist, trainer, bodyguard and attorney.   According to the filmmaker, the family of the 50-year-old star – who died of acute Propofol intoxication – are aware of the project, though they do not appear in it.   The 88-minute documentary is expected to cover the star’s personal life – including allegations of child abuse – but Ian insists he is showing a “balanced tribute” to the ‘King of Pop’.

He added: "This is the film Michael and his fans deserve.”   Chris Grant, the president of distributors Shine International, is confident the documentary will "eventually be known as a really important piece of the Michael Jackson saga”.   He said: "Ian’s done an incredible job telling the story of what actually happened to Michael. We’ve teased it a bit and the reaction has been tremendous."   The film will be unveiled at the MIPTV conference in Cannes, France, next month and will receive a limited cinema run in Canada and France on June 25, the anniversary of Michael’s death.   There has been no confirmation about release in other countries as yet.

Projects which are thought to be included under the terms of the deal are a remastered version of Michael’s breakthrough solo LP ‘Off The Wall’, a DVD compilation of his music videos and a new videogame, as well as the rights to the posthumously released album and DVD ‘This Is It’, which has so far sold over five million copies, and made $200 million at the worldwide box office during a limited run.   Since his passing, Michael’s back catalogue has proved extremely lucrative, with the‘King of Pop’ selling over 31 million albums worldwide, making him the biggest selling recording artist in the world in 2009.

The amount the singer’s estate could make could even exceed $200 million with tied in merchandise and other deals.   The contract dwarfs previous contracts signed by other stars for recording and touring including a 10-year deal signed in 2007 by Madonna with Live Nation reportedly worth $120 million and a $152 million deal signed the next year between Jay-Z and the same company.

Whitfield said: “Being a man, men know men, and we were around him long enough to know he was a man.”   Garcia added: “He had desires of women like we do. He had lovers. In the cars that we had, we had a curtain that covered the back seat. You couldn’t see in the back seat. They talked back there; they didn’t do nothing out of bounds. You could hear the kissing.” 

Jackson was accused of sexually abusing 13-year-old Jordan Chandler in 1993 but settled out of court with the Chandler family in January 1994 for $22 million.   In 2003, he was again accused of child molestation by Gavin Arvizo but was acquitted of all charges brought against him in the 2005 trial.   The three men – who were referred to as the singer’s ‘Inner Circle’ during their appearance on TV show ‘Good Morning America’ – also insisted he was a great father to his three children, Prince Michael, 13, Paris, 11, and eight-year-old Prince Michael II, who is known as ‘Blanket’.  

Garcia said: “The kids were constantly saying, ‘I love you, daddy.’ They were like four buddies.”   Jackson – who passed away last June aged 50 – was also fiercely protective of his kids and would make his security team scour and remove magazines carrying news about him when the family were out in public.   Whitfield recalled: “I’d be ahead of him, because I know he’s coming this way, and I’m looking at magazine racks that may have something about him on them and I’ll turn it around.   “Sometimes he’d see them, and you would actually see him take them and turn them around so the kids didn’t see them.”

The voice is heard saying: "Patient is Michael Jackson, the pop star singer. No pulse, no breathing. Unresponsive. Tried to resuscitate him. Unsuccessful. We’ve done everything we can. We should be there in five minutes. It doesn’t look good. It doesn’t look good."

If the recording is genuine then it would be crucial to the trial into Michael’s death because it contradicts the timeline of events previously stated by Dr. Murray who said the 50-year-old music legend still had a pulse and was warm when he put him in the ambulance.   If the tape is used, prosecutors would argue Dr. Murray, 56, actually left Michael for more than an hour after giving him the powerful sedative Propofol, making his actions careless.

The tape, which emerged on the ambulance workers’ web forum, is thought to be the first time the announcement was made that Michael was dead on June 25 last year, although authorities do not yet know whether it is genuine.   An LAFD spokesman said: "I couldn’t confirm that it is one of our workers. It could be. They refer to ‘pop star Michael Jackson’ but it is not our practice to name names."

The defence will argue that the call, according to police reports left at 11.54am, shows Conrad wasn’t in a frantic state trying to administer emergency life saving rescusitation to Michael – who died from an overdose of anaesthetic Propofol – at the time.   The prosecution will, however, say the call was made as Michael lay unconscious or already dead at his rented Hollywood home, and Conrad was either not in the room when Jackson passed away or not paying attention to his patient’s needs.

In the message, to another patient, Conrad sounds calm as he says: “This is Doctor Murray, Bob. Hi, how are you?  Sorry I missed you. Just wanted to talk to you about your results of the EECP.   “You did quite well on the study. We would love to continue to see you as a patient even though I may have to be absent from my practice for, uh, because of an overseas sabbatical.”

Conrad’s lawyers will claim the Police’s timeline is incorrect and use the message as evidence pointing towards the police bungling their inquiry into Michael’s death – thus discrediting early interviews with Conrad by the Los Angeles Police Department.   A source told the News of The World newspaper: “It’s clear from the voicemail that Murray is not a man who sounds frantic, worried or in a stressful position.   "But if the police’s timeline is correct, then he would have been almost an hour into giving Jackson CPR."

Conrad – who has pleaded not guilty to a charge of involuntary manslaughter – claims he administered Michael with Propofol, then went to the toilet for around two minutes, and upon returning found he star wasn’t breathing.   Records submitted to the court claim the doctor was on his mobile phone for 47 minutes between 11am and midday, while an emergency call from one of Michael’s bodyguards was made at 12.21.

The District Attorney’s Office say Conrad never informed them of these calls, which could work in the prosecution’s favour.   Another source said: “The fact that Murray made this call and didn’t tell the police about it may be useful to the prosecution.  "Basically, it shows he was being evasive and had something to hide. Why would you not tell the police about every single thing you had done during those crucial moments when Michael Jackson was dying?"

"To me, he’s just a fall guy. There’s other people, I think, involved with this whole thing. But I think that if he’s interrogated – he would come clean and tell everything he knows."   Prior to Michael’s death – which was ruled a homicide by drug overdose last month, with the anaesthetic Propofol administered by Murray considered the primary factor – the singer was rehearsing for a 50-date residency at London’s O2 Arena and Joe claims his son was convinced he would be killed before finishing the performance.

Joe told US TV talk show host Larry King: "He was afraid to even do all of these shows, because he was afraid that he wouldn’t get a chance to finish all of them. He couldn’t do all those shows back-to-back. Even his kids say that he had told them that he would be murdered."   Michael’s sister La Toya Jackson also spoke out after the court hearing, issuing a statement claiming her brother was “murdered”.   She said: "Michael was murdered, and although he died at the hands of Dr. Conrad Murray, I believe Dr. Murray was a part of a much larger plan. There are other individuals involved, and I will not rest and I will continue to fight until all of the proper individuals are brought forth and justice is served."

Rumors are circulating that Dr. Conrad Murray is going to be charged tomorrow (February 3rd, 2010) with involuntary manslaughter by the LA County District Attorney.  Michael died June 25th, 2009 from a propofol overdose.  Dr. Murray maintains he administed nothing to Michael Jackson.

Meanwhile TMZ is reporting that Dr. Murray intends to surrender himself tomorrow and has met today with his lawyer J. Michael Flanagan regarding the surrender.  My guess is Dr. Murray knows he is going to be arrested sometime this week and he would rather surrender than be dragged away in hand cuffs, he would rather avoid the public humiliation. 

All I can say is it is about time they arrested this man ! It is unbelievable that he still has his medical license and he is still practicing medicine and even more unbelievable patients actually go and see him.

The two eldest children of the late Michael Jackson, Prince Michael Jackson and Paris Jackson, took the stage tonight and accept an honorary Grammy at the 52nd annual Grammy Awards in Los Angeles January 31, 2010.    "We are proud to be here to accept this award on behalf of our father, Michael Jackson," said Prince Michael, 12, who stood on stage along with some of his cousins.

Prince Michael then thanked "God for watching over us these past seven months and our grandma and grandpa for their love and support. We’d also like to thank the fans. Our father loved you so much because you were always there for him. Our father was always concerned about the planet and humanity. He has helped through many charities and donated to all of them. Through all his songs, his message was simple: Love. We will continue to spread his message and help the world. Thank you."  following Prince Michael was Paris who said  "Daddy was supposed to be here. Daddy was going to perform this year, but he couldn’t perform last year. Thank you. We love you, Daddy."

ughhhh Michael Jackson’s father needs to go away.  This man is really repulsive he has proven time and time again he will do anything to get money out of Michael’s estate – he just cannot handle that the gravy train has stopped.   "Greedy Daddy" Jackson has now decided to try to sue over Michael’s death – he is trying to mount a wrongful death suit.  Joe filed papers today in LA County Superior Court petitioning to get Michael’s medical records.  Meanwhile Michael’s estate has denied Joe’s request for the medical records.

According to Joe the medical records will show what happened to Michael and he will be able to determine from them how much money he can collect from the person/people responsable for his death.  It would be nice if we could believe that Joe was doing the honorable thing but you gotta know it is all about the money for him.  Michael would have nothing to do with the man when he was alive and now Joe thinks he should profit off his son’s death.  What a vile vile person!

Finally it is about time!  After an investigation of nearly seven months TMZ is reporting that the police are ready to charge Dr. Conrad Murray with the death of Michael Jackson.  Dr. Murray could be charged as soon as next week. 

Dr. Murray hired Hollywood lawyer J. Michael Flanagan earlier this month in expectation he would be charged with involuntary manslaughter, for administering the sedative propofol to Jackson.   Can’t wait to see this guy charged – let’s hope that they put him in jail for a very long time.

The official certificate of King of Pop Michael Jackson’s death has been released. The cause of death has been amended to ‘homicide’ after months of speculation. He died from ‘acute Propofol intoxication’ due to an ‘intravenous injection from another’.
