The ‘Two and a Half Men’ star is reportedly determined to sort out his problems and get his relationship with Brooke Mueller – who he is accused of assaulting on Christmas Day (25.12.09) – back on track after a judge modified a restraining order against him yesterday (08.02.10) so the couple can live together again.   A source told the Chicago Sun-Times newspaper: “Charlie and Brooke already are going through intense marriage counselling and Charlie has been very religious about attending Alcoholics Anonymous meetings and serious anger management counselling. “He’s telling everyone that he is going to do everything he can to make it work – and last.” 

The restraining order which was put in place after the actor was charged with felony menacing and misdemeanour charges of third-degree assault and criminal mischief, has now been lifted on the condition the 44-year-old star does not drink alcohol, is in possession of guns or harasses his wife.   Brooke’s attorney, Yale Galanter, said the couple – who have ten-month-old twin sons Bob and Max – had hugged and kissed in Pitkin County Courthouse after yesterday’s hearing before leaving separately, but planned to return to their Los Angeles home together.

He said: "I can tell you, Brooke very badly wanted to have contact with Charlie. There are many children’s issues she wanted to communicate with him about.  "Brooke’s desire was to get the order modified so they could have contact and communicate because of their children. Judge Boyd was gracious enough to grant that and now Charlie and Brooke are on their way back to Los Angeles to continue their lives."

But I think that if he’s interrogated – he would come clean and tell everything he knows."   Prior to Michael’s death – which was ruled a homicide by drug overdose last month, with the anaesthetic Propofol administered by Murray considered the primary factor – the singer was rehearsing for a 50-date residency at London’s O2 Arena and Joe claims his son was convinced he would be killed before finishing the performance.

Joe told US TV talk show host Larry King: "He was afraid to even do all of these shows, because he was afraid that he wouldn’t get a chance to finish all of them. He couldn’t do all those shows back-to-back. Even his kids say that he had told them that he would be murdered."   Michael’s sister La Toya Jackson also spoke out after the court hearing, issuing a statement claiming her brother was “murdered”.   She said: "Michael was murdered, and although he died at the hands of Dr. Conrad Murray, I believe Dr. Murray was a part of a much larger plan. There are other individuals involved, and I will not rest and I will continue to fight until all of the proper individuals are brought forth and justice is served."

The ‘Fantastic 4’ star Jessica Alba– who has a 19-month-old daughter Honor Marie with husband Cash Warren – has fallen in love with Indian films and would love the chance to show off a different side to her acting talents. She said: Hindi films are very dramatic. They are colourful. And I love the singing and dancing bit.

I would love to act in one of them. Despite her fascination with its movies, Jessica, 28, admits she has never been to India, but is planning a trip there and wants to see as much of the country’s culture as possible. She told DNA India: "India is a beautiful country I have never visited but would love to travel around and see the country soon. It will be a lot of fun."

During her travels, Jessica hopes to make new friends and says loyalty is one of the most important factors in building a lasting relationship with someone.   She explained: “Loyalty goes a long way. The former glamour model Katie Price – who married the cage-fighter Alex Reid in a Las Vegas hotel last week – is planning a lavish bash in Britain for their family and celebrity friends who were disappointed not to be invited to their secret ceremony.

Alex – who won UK reality TV contest ‘Celebrity Big Brother’ days before they flew to the US – revealed: “We went to Vegas for the wedding because we really did want to keep it private and not have the whole of the press following our every move.

“People have said it’s a shame that lots of our loved-ones weren’t at the wedding, but we are going to have a big party with them back in the UK soon.”   Although the ceremony itself was fairly simple, the pair celebrated their wedding night at a strip club with a few of their closest friends, including Alex’s best man Josh Hathaway, Katie’s agent Diane Colburt and her two gay best friends Gary Cockerill and Phil Turner, who gave her away.

Alex wrote in his column for Britain’s Star magazine: “So, me and Katie have done it – we’re married! I feel incredibly happy. After winning ‘Celebrity Big Brother’ and then this, I’ve had the best week of my life.   “I don’t want to go into too much detail but Katie, of course, looked stunning.

“To celebrate the wedding, we went to the Sapphire Gentlemen’s Club. A mate of mine owns it and he said to come along. So we did! It was a real laugh – a bit tongue in cheek – and, of course, we had loads of champagne there. But it wasn’t just topless girls – the gay mafia were out in force, too – and it was actually a nice sort of family atmosphere. It was a big night, as you can imagine!”

The pair even hired a butler in the days following their wedding to look after their every need.  He said: “We stayed in the penthouse suite at the Planet Hollywood hotel, which is like three apartments in one. Our room had the best view across the strip and our bed was enormous – like a football pitch!  And we had a butler on call at all times. The couple – whose five-year-old daughter Coco was conceived after they underwent in-vitro fertilisation (IVF) treatment – are looking into alternative ways of expanding their family because the 45-year-old actress is finding it “hard” to fall pregnant naturally.

David said: "I don’t know. I mean, it takes a lot for us to do it, so maybe adoption.  “Listen, I like practicing as much as possible! But it’s hard… I’m exhausted!"

For the time being, the couple are focusing their attentions on Coco and are amazed at how many of their personality traits she is already showing.  David, 38, told US TV talk show host Bonnie Hunt: "She’s a little messy so that’s sort of on my side, but she’s very strong-willed which is very Courteney-like.”   However, the youngster is showing no signs in wanting to follow in her parents’ footsteps and become an actress, as she is currently more interested in music.  David added: "We got her a flute recently and she is just walking around pretending to play. Warren Sapp "the sap" made bail this morning.  Meanwhile his lawyer is asking everyone not to jump to conclusions until all the facts have been revealed.   Sapp has a history of a hot temper but I am sure if they try hard enough they will find a way to spin it so it is not his fault ;-)  As we reported yesterday after Sapp allegedly had an altercation with his girlfriend yesterday he was charged with misdemeanor domestic violence.  He was released on $1,500 bail and is not suppose to go near his girlfriend.
