Tatum O’Neal was just arraigned in Manhattan Criminal Court for her crack and coke bust last night — she’s facing one misdemeanor charge of criminal possession of a controlled substance. She looked a total mess in court, wearing a gray T-shirt — and her purple bra strap was showing. She was "clearly distressed" and even had court officers blocking the view of onlookers.
