First Courtney Love lost custody of her daughter Frances Bean – the courts decided to give custody of the 17-year-old girl to Kurt’s mother Wendy O’Connor and sister Kimberly Dawn Cobain as reported earlier this week. Then Courtney had a rant on twitter about her daughter saying "‘I hate to sound cold but any kid of mine who pulls this s**t has lost her position… she was deceptive, she lied and she’s lying to herself… My daughter is not always honest."
Now TMZ is reporting that a judge has issued a restraining order prohibiting "Mommey Dearest" Courtney from having any direct or indirect contact with Francis. The restraining order is temporary but a hearing is set for January 5th, 2010 to make it a permanent order.
The poor kid must have had a terrible life with Courtney as her mother. Courtney is clearly not dealing with a full deck and with all her rants lately she really does not seem to be sober either. Photo: Fame Pictures
