Check out this look from her performance on the Alexa Chung show. The bright blue lids and dramatic double-winged liner are almost daring enough to distract us from her cringe-enducing performance. Almost.
1. As a base, blend white cream shadow across your lid. Try NYX Jumbo Eye Pencil in "Milk" ($3.15).
2. Sweep silver shadow across the lid in a windshield wiper motion. Apply the silver to the lower lash line, covering around the eye. Try Coastal Scents Mineral Eye Shadow in "Fairy Wings" ($7.95) for some sparkle.
3. Apply cobalt blue shadow in a "V" shape to the outer corner of the eye. Add a touch of shadow to the upper inner corner and along your lower lash line. Ann’s using a blue shade found in her Coastal Scents "Creative Me" Palette ($21.95).
