Kings of Leon Cancel Entire U.S. Tour -- The Real Reason Why

By now I’m sure you’ve all heard that the popular band Kings of Leon has decided to cancel their ENTIRE U.S. tour. The news comes after the band’s frontman, Caleb Followill, prompted a premature end to a show in Dallas, Texas due to “vocal issues and exhaustion.”

“I’m gonna go backstage and I’m gonna vomit,” he said to the crowd. “I’m gonna drink a beer and I’m gonna come back out and play three songs.”

Pretty classy, huh?

In another recently released statement, the band said that “[they are] devastated, but in order to give their fans the shows they deserve, they need to take a break.” All tickets have been refunded, and the band is scheduled to continue touring in Vancouver, B.C. on September 28th.

And here’s where the scenario grows darker. Despite their cordial statements, the band seems to be suffering from things worse than dehydration. Surprise, surprise . . . turns out the band has other demons they’re battling.

After the show’s cancellation, Followill took to Twitter to say: “There are internal sicknesses & problems that have needed to be addressed. No words…There are problems in our band bigger than not drinking enough Gatorade.”

You be the judge: do you think the band’s problems can be cured with a drink, a hug, and possibly a nap?

It sure sounds like they’re falling apart from the inside-out.  Will you be sad if these Kings break up for good?
